David R. Carlucci is chairman and chief executive officer of IMS Health (NYSE: RX), the world's leading provider of market intelligence to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. He is responsible for all IMS operations worldwide. Mr. Carlucci joined IMS as president and chief operating officer in October 2002, and was named CEO and president in January 2005. While at IMS, he has realigned the company’s global marketing function, enhanced global sales account management and built IMS’s consulting and services capabilities across all regions. In addition, Mr. Carlucci has played an important role in the development of market-driven, innovative offerings aligned around the core capabilities and activities common to virtually all pharmaceutical companies. Before joining IMS, Mr. Carlucci was general manager, IBM Americas, a $40 billion business comprising all sales and distribution operations in the U.S., Canada and Latin America. Prior to that, Mr. Carlucci held roles of increasing responsibility at IBM, including general manager, IBM's S/390 Division; chief information officer; general manager, IBM Printing Systems Company; vice president, systems, industries and services, Asia Pacific; and vice president, marketing and channel management, IBM Personal Computer Company - North America. Mr. Carlucci holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Rochester and serves on the board of MasterCard and the advisory board of Mitsui USA, America’s Group.

Director of Genworth Financial since October 2005. Nancy J. Karch was a Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company, an independent consulting firm, from 1988 until her retirement in 2000. Prior thereto, Ms. Karch served in various executive capacities at McKinsey since 1974. She is a director of Liz Claiborne, Inc., MasterCard Incorporated, and The Corporate Executive Board Company. Ms. Karch is also on the board of the Westchester Land Trust and Northern Westchester Hospital, both not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Karch received a B.A. from Cornell University, an M.S. from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Steven J. Freiberg is Chief Executive Officer of Global Cards for Citi. He has direct responsibility for the cards business in North America and Western Europe and coordinates with regional leadership in Asia Pacific, Mexico and Latin America, and Central and Eastern Europe. In 1987, he became a founding director of Citicorp Investment Services (CIS) and over the next four years held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and National Sales Director. In 1991, Mr. Freiberg joined a corporate-wide task force where he was part of a team which developed Citicorp's five-year Global Consumer Strategic Plan. He then moved to Florida to run distribution for the Florida Consumer Bank. In 1995, he returned to New York as the Chairman and CEO of Citicorp Investment Services and the Citicorp Insurance Group. In 1997, Mr. Freiberg rejoined the Credit Card Division and assumed responsibility for several major Strategic Business Groups and in 2000, he was appointed Chairman and CEO of Citi Cards. In 2005, he was appointed to the position of Chairman and CEO of the Global Consumer Group NA and Co-Chair of the Global Consumer Group. His North America responsibilities included credit cards, retail banking, consumer finance, Primerica, consumer lending (mortgage, auto, student loans), and small to mid-size commercial banking. Mr. Freiberg serves or has served as a member of Citi's Operating and Management Committees and co-heads Global Consumer's Planning Group. He also serves or has served on the Boards of Citibank N.A., Citicorp Credit Services Inc., Citicorp Investment Services, Citicorp Insurance Group, Citibank Trust NA, Citibank FSB, MasterCard Incorporated, the US Board of MasterCard (as chair), Direct Marketing Association Board, Habitat for Humanity NYC Council, Upromise Board, The Financial Services Roundtable, and the NYU Management Decision Laboratory. He is a business sponsor of Citi's Asian Pacific Heritage Network NYC.
