Clifford Nastas has served as chief executive officer and director of Material Sciences since December 2005. Avrum Gray has served as a director since 2003. He is chairman and founding partner of G-Bar Limited Partnership and affiliates, one of the nation's largest independent options trading firms and a leading specialist in computer-based arbitrage activities in the derivatives markets, a position he's held since 1982.
