Clifford Nastas has served as chief executive officer and director of Material Sciences since December 2005. Avrum Gray has served as a director since 2003. He is chairman and founding partner of G-Bar Limited Partnership and affiliates, one of the nation's largest independent options trading firms and a leading specialist in computer-based arbitrage activities in the derivatives markets, a position he's held since 1982. From 1969 to 1999 he was chairman of the Board of Alloy Consolidated Industries, a privately held automotive aftermarket company, and he served as chairman of the board of Lynch Systems, Inc., a capital equipment manufacturer, from 1991 to 2001.
