James T. Prokopanko became our President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2007. Mr. Prokopanko joined Mosaic as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in July 2006. Previously, he was a Corporate Vice President at Cargill, Incorporated where he had executive responsibility for procurement and served as a leader of the Cargill Ag Producer Services Platform. After joining Cargill in 1978, he served in a wide range of leadership positions, including Vice President of the North American crop inputs business. During his Cargill career, Mr. Prokopanko was engaged in retail agriculture businesses in Canada, the United States, Brazil, Argentina and the United Kingdom. In addition to his role as President and CEO of Mosaic, Mr. Prokopanko serves on the Board of Directors for Mosaic, Canpotex, the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, The Fertilizer Institute and the International Plant Nutrition Institute.

Ross Hight is The Mosaic Company's Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Technology Services. His responsibilities include providing technical leadership on eLearning solutions and managing the development of training and process solutions. Ross manages a team of highly skilled programmers that produce innovative solutions for a wide range of business needs. Before coming to The Mosaic Company, Ross was the director of Tools and Technologies at Catapult, a subsidiary of IBM Learning Services. While there, he managed a team of developers who created the HTML-based help system used in Catapult's award winning System One - PBT software. Prior to that, Ross served in the United States Air Force as a Software Engineer and Vietnamese Linguist.

Alvin Reyes joined The Mosaic Company in 1996. Alvin oversees the management of the company's technology infrastructure and is responsible for evaluating client systems ensuring that the most effective training and communication solutions are implemented. He is also instrumental in the process design of The Mosaic Company's highly efficient production methodology, including the development of The Mosaic Company's state-of-the-art learning solutions. Prior to coming to The Mosaic Company, Alvin worked as a Multimedia Specialist and Programmer for The Cerplex Group, and he also developed and delivered training products for the Bank of America.

Norman B. Beug previously served as the Vice President and General Manager of IMC Global, Inc.'s potash business unit. Mr. Beug began his career in the potash industry in 1977 and has held many supervisory and management positions over the years, including General Manager of IMC's Belle Plaine potash facility. Mr. Beug is a past president of The Saskatchewan Mining Association (SMA) and a past chairman of the Canadian Fertilizer Institute (CFI). He currently serves as the director of the CFI and the Saskatchewan Potash Producers Association (SPPA). Mr. Beug holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.

Richard (Rick) N. McLellan previously served as Vice President, North American Sales for The Mosaic Company. Prior to serving as North America Sales leader, he was the Country Manager for Mosaic Fertilizantes in Brazil and for Cargill, Incorporated's fertilizer business. Before serving as Country Manager, Mr. McLellan had leadership responsibility for fertilizer distribution, import and production in Brazil. Prior to his work in Brazil, he held various roles in Cargill's Canadian and U.S. operations, including grain, retail and wholesale fertilizer distribution. Mr. McLellan began his career in Ontario, Canada with American Cyanamid in 1978. He is a graduate of Brock University in St. Catharine's, Ontario.

Cindy C. Redding joined Mosaic as our Vice President, Human Resources in July 2007. Previously, Ms. Redding was Vice President of Human Resources for MDU Resources Group, Inc., a $5 billion diversified energy and natural resources company, and served as a member of its executive management team. Ms. Redding has over 27 years of international and domestic human resources experience in varied industries, including energy, health care and packaging. Prior to MDU Resources, Ms. Redding worked for bp Amoco, Abbott Laboratories and Sonoco Products Company. She holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, Texas and a master's degree in human resources management from Houston Baptist University, Houston, Texas.

Don Gregory is Vice President of Sales at The Mosaic Company. He is an accomplished Senior Consultant, Researcher, and Project Manager with over 20 years of market research and project management experience and over five years of utility industry experience. Don is a business and organizational change specialist who has gained valuable experience by working with a wide range of companies at different levels of maturity and with varying degrees of market and organizational change pressure. He understands adult learning principles and has successfully utilized his knowledge to speed change implementation. Specific areas of concentration for Don include aligning organization actions to best achieve company objectives and strategic goals as well as developing and implementing employee and customer research initiatives designed to strengthen operational performance and increase customer and employee satisfaction. He is a skilled facilitator and trainer. Don has held senior leadership positions within several organizations and has been involved in major change management initiatives with organizations such as Snohomish County PUD, Starbucks, University of Washington, Clorox, Microsoft, and D.A. Davidson & Company. Don understands all aspects of qualitative and quantitative research design. He has directly managed hundreds of research assignments in the professional services, utility, consumer goods, and manufacturing sectors.

Linda Thrasher previously served as the director of Public Policy for Cargill, Incorporated's Washington, D.C. office. She has handled extensive legislative and regulatory issues for Cargill's fertilizer, salt and steel businesses and has spent significant time working on environmental and trade issues. Prior to joining Cargill in 1994, Ms. Thrasher worked for Congressman Jim Nussle (R-IA) on agriculture, trade and environmental matters, and also served as legal counsel for Congressman Fred Grandy (R-IA). She holds a B.A. degree from the College of St. Catherine (St. Paul, Minnesota) and a Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law.

Megan plays an influential role on implementation projects as Vice President of Professional Services. She has planned and directed a number of projects, developing and delivering training around enterprise software implementations and large-scale sales training and readiness courses. Megan brings years of experience in the many considerations that arise during this busy and often chaotic time within an organization. In addition to managing the team that develops the course materials, Megan meets regularly with decision-makers and group leads to outline development timelines, define roles and set curricula paths, and schedule facility logistics. Her experience gives her the ability to assist in distilling the business process for the new systems and incorporate best-practices into training - an important component to making training successful. Megan is adept at building strong relationships within the extended project team by encouraging communication and instilling confidence in the project. Megan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University

Mr. Bastiaens served as a director at Cargill from 1995, as Vice Chairman of Cargill from February 1998 and as a member of the Cargill Corporate Leadership Team since its inception in 1999 until his retirement in August 2008. He joined Cargill in 1967 and held various leadership positions in the Cargill processing and technology operations in Europe and the United States. Mr. Bastiaens also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Donaldson Company, Inc.

Mr. Lumpkins served as Vice Chairman of Cargill from 1995 and as a member of the Cargill Corporate Leadership Team since its inception in 1999 until his retirement in October 2006. Mr. Lumpkins also served as Chief Financial Officer of Cargill from 1989 to 2005 and held various financial and line management positions since joining Cargill in 1968. Mr. Lumpkins also serves as a member of the board of directors of Ecolab, Inc. and Webdigs, Inc., as chairman of Black River Asset Management and on the nonprofit board of Howard University.

Prior to joining Cameco, Bernard Michel was president of Amok Ltd., a Canadian subsidiary of Cogema, a French nuclear company. # Graduated in engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, France in 1960. # Awarded the French Order of the Legion d'Honneur, with the rank of Chevalier. # Member, board of directors and executive committee, Canadian Nuclear Association. # Member, board of directors, Ipsco Inc. and Canadian Light Source Inc. (Canadian Synchrotron project).

David Seaton serves as senior group president over Fluor Corporation's Energy & Chemicals, Power, and Government business groups, In addition, he is responsible for Fluor's activities in China and the Middle East. Prior to assuming his current role, he served as group president of Energy & Chemicals for Fluor Corporation, responsible for the company's global business activities in the upstream, downstream, pipeline, offshore, gas processing, oil and gas production, chemicals, integrated petrochemical, polysilicon, and petroleum refining industries including ICA Fluor, the company's joint venture in Mexico. Seaton has also served as senior vice president and group executive for Fluor's global corporate sales function and had geographic responsibility for the Middle East. Other recent responsibilities have included senior vice president of Fluor's Chemicals business line, championing Fluor's development activities and long-term strategy for Iraq, as well as leading a major corporate cost-efficiency initiative. Since joining Fluor in 1984, Seaton has held numerous positions in both operations and sales in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, including vice president and managing director of Fluor Arabia Ltd., the company's joint venture in Saudi Arabia; and management positions in the pulp and paper industry, mining, metals, and manufacturing industries. Seaton is a board member of Fluor Arabia Ltd and the Fluor Foundation - the company's philanthropic organization. He is also a member of Fluor's Executive Development Forum, Global Benefits Committee, and Compliance and Ethics Committee. Active in many business organizations, Seaton serves on the Coordinating Committee on Oil & Gas for the National Petroleum Council (NPC) and is a board member of the American Petroleum Institute (API) and the U.S. Saudi Arabian Business Council. Seaton holds a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina. He completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of Business and Thunderbird University's International Management Program.

Douglas A. Pertz became a member of our board of directors in November 2004. Mr. Pertz is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Clipper Windpower Plc. Prior to that he was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IMC Global Inc., one of the world’s leading producers and marketers of concentrated phosphate and potash crop nutrients, from October 2000 until IMC merged to form The Mosaic Company in October 2004. From October 1999 to October 2000, Mr. Pertz served as President and Chief Executive Officer of IMC Global Inc. and from October 1998 to October 1999, as President and Chief Operating Officer of IMC Global Inc. Prior to joining IMC Global Inc., Mr. Pertz served from 1995 to 1998 as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of Culligan Water Technologies, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of water, purification and treatment products. He has previously served as a member of the board of directors of The Mosaic Company, Compass Minerals International Inc. and Bowater Incorporated.

Fredric W. Corrigan, Chief Executive Officer, most recently served as Executive Vice President of Cargill, Incorporated, Chairman of the Board of Cargill Fertilizer, Inc., Chairman of the Cargill Corporate Business Excellence Committee and as a member of Cargill's Corporate Leadership Team and Corporate Public Affairs Committee. After joining Cargill in 1966, he held various positions, including President of Cargill's Fertilizer Division, Cargill Worldwide Fertilizer and Cargill's Agriculture-Biosciences Group. Mr. Corrigan serves as a director of several Cargill joint ventures and is a past director of The Fertilizer Institute, the Potash & Phosphate Institute and the Florida Phosphate Council. He holds a B.S. degree in economics from Dartmouth College.

Mr. MacKay has served as Counsel to the law firm MacPherson Leslie & Tyerman LLP (MacPherson) in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada since 2005 and was a partner of MacPherson from 1969 to 2004. He served as the Clifford Clark policy advisor to the Department of Finance of Canada from 2002 to 2004 and chaired the Task Force on the Future of the Canadian Financial Services Sector in 1997 and 1998. Mr. MacKay is the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Domtar Corporation and a director of The Toronto-Dominion Bank. Mr. MacKay was made an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2002, served as a director of The Vigoro Corporation from 1994 through its acquisition by IMC Global Inc. in 1996, and served as a director of IMC Global Inc. from 1996 to October 2004.

Mr. Frasch has served as a Senior Vice President and member of the Corporate Leadership Team of Cargill since July and April, respectively, 2008 and has served as chair of the Commodity Risk Committee, executive supervisor of Corporate Research and Development at Cargill and on the Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain Platform since June 2008. Mr. Frasch has also served on the Cargill Animal Protein Platform since January 2008; on Cargill's Business Unit Strategy Working Group since June 2007; and on Cargill's People Team since June 2006. Mr. Frasch served as a Corporate Vice President of Cargill from July 2004 until June 2008 and as a platform leader for Cargill's Ag & Farm Platform and a member of Cargill's Corporate Center from August 1999 until June 2008.
