Casey McGeever was previously Senior Vice President of Operations for ICF Kaiser Engineers in Pittsburgh , and President/Chairman of the Board of two ICF Kaiser subsidiary companies. As such, he exercised P & L for over 800 employees on three continents, performing more than $250 million in work each year and with a backlog of approximately $600 million. He started and ran ICF Kaiser subsidiaries in Eastern Europe , Canada , and Southeast Asia . As Vice President of Business Development, Casey McGeever created a vast expansion in Kaiser's industrial and commercial business, expanding market share and profitability simultaneously throughout his tenure. Prior to this, Casey McGeever was a founding executive at Molten Metal Technology (MMT), a Boston high-tech environmental start-up. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing MMT, he established and implemented the commercial strategy which brought MMT to a valuation of over $200 million in just two years. He negotiated and handled key strategic corporate partnerships for MMT, bringing in millions of dollars in financial support to build the sales and marketing department, and to fund technical development for MMT. MMT went public in 1993, garnering one of the highest market capitalizations (at that time) for a venture-backed start-up company. Casey McGeever received his second patent while at MMT, on reprocessing wastes into industrial feed stocks. As Director of Innovation for the American division of L'Air Liquide, Casey McGeever selected technologies for commercialization and developed the commercial agreements toward this end (licenses, corporate partnerships, acquisitions ). He previously held various positions with this organization, where he was personally involved in selling, designing and implementing technological improvements and production increases at hundreds of manufacturing facilities. The markets involved were incredibly diverse, from semiconductor manufacturing, to jet fighter production to food processing. He received his first patent at L'Air Liquide. Casey McGeever also worked at Stauffer Chemicals in Research. He holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California and the University of California, respectively, and a Master's degree in Management (MBA) from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. Prior to starting Technology Assessment International, Jocelyne McGeever was a founder of UltraClad Corporation, a Boston area advanced materials business formed to exploit a set of patents and proprietary expertise for the production of equipment experiencing extreme service. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jocelyne McGeever established and implemented the sales and marketing plan for UltraClad. This included identifying the best market opportunity in a multi-billion dollar market, and selling the first Beta-test applications of the technology. She was able to use the technology to sell at 10 times competitor's prices, leading to 50% profit margins. UltraClad remains privately owned today, and is profitably exploiting its market niche. As Global Marketing Director for Plastics Additives with Rohm and Haas, a specialty chemicals company, Jocelyne McGeever lead a switch to sustainable profitable growth by identifying several hundred million dollars worth of high margin opportunities using the company core technology outside its core markets in building materials. She accelerated the return on R&D investment by fostering the concurrent development of region specific product variations to meet global market needs. As a Manager of the Metals Group for Liquid Air Corporation, an industrial gas company, Jocelyne McGeever selected technologies both inside and outside the company, for commercialization. She grew new business contracts 10 fold in 8 years through the commercialization of 10 patented evolutionary technologies she selected. This was achieved while increasing profitability and market...
