Dr. Stanziano has served as Executive Vice President of Medical Affairs for Women's and Children's Health since May 2008, when Alere merged with Matria Healthcare. Previously, Dr. Stanziano served as both Senior Vice President of Women's and Children's Health since June 2003 and as Vice President of Medical Affairs since the formation of the former Matria through the merger of Healthdyne Maternity Management and Tokos Medical Corporation in March 1996. In both roles, Dr. Stanziano participated in product development, providing the clinical backbone required for our programs, and directed Matria quality initiatives. His global view of client needs and those of their participants are a result of frequent interactions with clients at sales presentations, outcomes results discussions and other activities. In addition, Dr. Stanziano has authored or co-authored over 100 publications and scientific presentations relating to management of pregnancy and its complications. Dr. Stanziano served as Vice President of Medical Affairs for Healthdyne Maternity Management since joining the company in September 1992 until March 1996. Prior to joining Healthdyne Maternity Management, Dr. Stanziano served as Associate Medical Director at Solvay Pharmaceuticals from July 1991 to September 1992, Clinical Research Manager at Health Images from January 1990 to June 1991, Medical Products Consultant at Needle and Rosenberg, P.C. from January 1989 to December 1989, Medical Researcher - Neurophysiology at Emory University School of Medicine from 1983 to 1984, a Bioengineer for the VA Medical Center at Emory University Clinic from 1981 to 1983, a Systems Engineer at Honeywell, Inc. from 1980 to 1981 and an Applications Engineer at Scientific Atlanta from 1978 to 1980. Mr. Wilson has served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Managed Care since May 2008, when Alere merged with Matria Healthcare. Prior thereto, he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Managed Care for the former Matria since February 2008, after serving as Vice President of Sales for Women's and Children's Health since December 2006. In his current role, he is responsible for field sales and managed care contracting. The field sales responsibility consists of six regions encompassing 67 account executives, six regional vice presidents and the managed care sales team. In addition to the field sales responsibility, Mr. Wilson is responsible for the Women and Children's Health sales training department, which focuses on the continued training and development of the entire division. Before he joined Matria, Mr. Wilson served as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Managed Care for Pediatric Services of America, Inc., a home care organization in Norcross, Georgia, that provides comprehensive care for medically fragile children. He also served as Area Vice President of Managed Care Sales at CareCentrix, where he was responsible for the entire sales process related to the execution of network management agreements. Mr. Wilson originally joined the former Matria Healthcare (formally Healthdyne, Inc.) in 1989 where he held five different roles before serving as the Vice President of Managed Care and Sales Administration for the Women's Health division from 1999 until 2003. Mr. Wilson has more than 22 years of healthcare experience. Mr. Wilson earned his bachelor's degree in business from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.

Mr. Guselli has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in the 1970's Mr. Guselli was the Director of Professional Services for the Boston Medical Center where he oversaw a variety of medical support services such as biomedical engineering, laboratories and radiology. Mr. Guselli then became the Assistant Deputy Director for Professional Affiliations at the New York City Health & Hospitals Corporation where he oversaw the contractual relationships for the provision of physician services provided by the medical school establishment to the NYC network of municipal hospitals. Mr. Guselli then assumed the position of Senior Consultant to the Health Data Institute, a private corporation which pioneered the use of medical claims data in the development of national managed care networks. In 1985 Mr. Guselli became the operating founder, President and CEO of Private Healthcare Systems,Inc.(PHCS). For the next decade Mr. Guselli provided the executive guidance which established PHCS as the leading national PPO/EPO. In 1995 Mr. Guselli co-founded and was named President and CEO of InfoMedics. During the last decade Mr. Guselli has pioneered the use of technology-driven Patient-Physician communication platforms in the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Guselli has served on numerous boards in the private and non-profit sector including the AAPPO and Matria Healthcare, Inc. He frequently consults and contributes to a variety of published articles and papers in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Mr. Guselli received his B.S. and MBA from Northeastern University.
Judith is one of the country's most knowledgeable and sought-after health fitness educators, lecturers and disease management consultants. For eight years she served as the clinical Exercise Specialist at the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition working with physician referred patients undergoing cancer treatment therapy and those who suffered from metabolic diseases and obesity. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism and spent the first part of her career as an advertising, creative and screenplay writer. She became a health fitness practitioner and activist over twenty years ago and is triple certified. She holds two certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM): Health Fitness Instructor and a Certificate of Enhanced Qualification for Exercise and the Older Adult. Additionally, she is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Personal Trainer. Her articles on health, fitness and exercise have appeared on MSNBCHealth, in Fitness Magazine and Weight Watchers Magazine. She has been interviewed on health- fitness issues by Fox News, ABC and NBC. In addition to writing health and fitness exercise books, she is a consultant to Matria Healthcare, which provides disease management and wellness programs to corporations throughout the country. She has also served as a fitness adviser to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Women's Health Initiative. She gives lectures on exercise and strength training to community and support groups including the UCLA Healthcare 50 Plus Community Wellness Program, the Marilyn Hilton MS Achievement Center at UCLA, the Los Angeles Times Festival of Health and the City of Los Angeles 50 Plus Health Jubilee.
Guy W. Millner has served as the Chairman of the Board since June 2003. Mr. Millner served as Chairman of AA Holdings, LLC, the predecessor of AssuranceAmerica Corporation, a Georgia corporation, from 1999 to 2003. From 1961 to 1999, Mr. Millner served as Chairman of Norrell Corporation, a leading provider of staffing and outsourcing solutions.

Mr. Yetter serves as Noven's non-executive Chairman of the Board. He was Chief Executive Officer of Verispan LLC (health care information) from September 2005 through August 2008. From November 2004 to September 2005, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Odyssey Pharmaceuticals, Inc., the specialty pharmaceutical division of Pliva d.d. From 2003 to 2005, he served on the Advisory Board of Alterity Partners (mergers and acquisition advisory firm). From September 2000 to June 2003, Mr. Yetter served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Synavant Inc. (pharmaceutical marketing/technology services). From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Yetter served as Chief Operating Officer at IMS Health, Inc. (information services for the healthcare industry). From 1997 to 1999, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation (pharmaceuticals). From 1994 to 1997, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Astra Merck, Inc. (pharmaceuticals). From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Yetter served as General Manager and then President of Astra Merck, a division of Merck & Co. Mr. Yetter serves on the board of directors of EpiCept Corporation (pharmaceuticals), Synvista Therapeutics, Inc. (pharmaceuticals) and InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. (infusion services).
