Ms. Harris originally joined SBLS in 1991, after beginning the SBA program at City National Bank in 1986. CNB became the 8th CLP SBA lender in Houston in 1988. At SBLS she was responsible for the loan administration, servicing and special assets departments. In 2001, she relocated to Denver, Colorado as the Servicing Department Manager at Matrix Capital Bank. After 4 years, she has recently rejoined the SBLS family. She has 25 years of combined banking and SBA experience. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Kearney State College in Nebraska.

Chuck is a commercial real estate, 'deal making' veteran with over thirty years of experience having developed or acquired from coast to coast in the United States over 17 million square feet of properties with total values exceeding $2 billion. He serves on the Board of Directors of Matrix Capital Bank, Denver, CO. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the University of Colorado Real Estate Council and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Chuck received a Bachelor's Degree from Princeton University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Colorado.
