Nelson Chun is senior vice president and chief legal officer of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. ("A&B"). He joined A&B in November 2003 as vice president and general counsel.

Paul Londynsky is Vice President of Safety, Quality & Environmental Affairs and Chief Security Officer for Matson Navigation Company, Inc. In this capacity, Capt. Londynsky manages security, safety and environmental programs for all vessels, offices and terminal facilities of Matson Navigation and its subsidiaries. He is also responsible for Crisis Management and Emergency Response programs, as well as Corporate Security matters. Capt. Londynsky acts as Company Security Officer, Designated Person for Matson's ISM-compliant Safety Management System, Management Representative for the company's ISO-9001 and 14001 programs, and as the company's Qualified Individual for Oil Spill Response (QI) for the States of California, Hawaii and Washington.

Ronald J. Forest is senior vice president, operations, of Matson Navigation Company, Inc. Forest's career in the maritime industry spans 25 years and has included eight years with Matson, eight years with APL and nine years with United States Lines. His Matson career began in 1995 as operations manager, Southern California. He was promoted in 1996 to area manager, Northern California, and was made a vice president of Matson Navigation Company in 1998. That same year he assumed the responsibility of overseeing the company's labor relations and was later promoted to vice president, area manager, Southern California. In 2000, Forest was promoted to president and chief executive officer of Matson Intermodal and transferred to Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. As head of Matson Intermodal, Forest was responsible for overseeing the management and continued growth of Matson's largest subsidiary. In 2002, Forest transferred back to Matson as head of the company's operations division, overseeing both the offshore activities and Matson's investment in SSAT's West Coast terminals. Forest has a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Irvine. He is a member of the Coast Steering Committee of the Pacific Maritime Association.

Gary J. North is senior vice president, Pacific, of Matson Navigation Company in San Francisco. His association with Matson dates back to 1967, when he started with the company as a cargo planner in Hawaii's freight department. In the following three years, he held sales and booking positions in the company's freight marketing and operations departments. He transferred to San Francisco in 1970 as fleet operations supervisor. In 1971, he accepted a management position with Seatrain Lines, and in 1974 joined U.S. Lines (US). During his career at U.S. Lines, he held various senior management positions on the U.S. East and West Coast. He also served as vice president, Far East, and was based in Hong Kong for five years. In 1986, he was promoted to executive vice president, Pacific Services, and returned to the East Coast. He rejoined Matson as vice president, Area Manager, Hawaii, in 1987. In 1989 he was promoted to vice president, Operations, and transferred to Matson's headquarters in San Francisco. In 1991, he was assigned the additional responsibility of serving as president of Matson Terminals, Inc. He was made senior vice president of Matson Navigation Company in 1993. North has a B.S. in Business from Brigham Young of the Pacific. He is also a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Program for Senior Executives.

Linda has over 15 years of financial experience including 10 years in the maritime industry. She's held a variety of positions including Controller of Xtra International Ltd. and Audit Manager of Matson Navigation Company and Controller of Matson Leasing Company. Additionally, she has been responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial and operational systems implementation, business and asset valuations, and a variety of business process optimization projects. Prior to working in the maritime industry, Linda was an audit manager for KPMG in San Franciso. Linda holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance. She is a licensed CPA in the state of California.

Ito joined A&B in April 2005 as director of internal audit; he was named controller on May 1, 2006 and, on April 1, 2007, he was promoted to vice president, controller and assistant treasurer. Previously, Ito worked for Deloitte & Touche for nine years, where in his most recent position, he was a senior manager in the accounting consultation and research group of Deloitte's San Francisco national office. Ito is a certified public accountant and holds both a master's degree of professional accounting with a concentration in managerial accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, and a bachelor's degree in finance and marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Ito has earned several prestigious academic honors including the Elijah Watt Sells Gold Medal Award for obtaining the highest score in the nation on the May 1996 CPA exam.

Allen Doane is chairman and chief executive officer of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (A&B). He joined A&B in 1991, was named chief executive officer in 1998, and chairman in 2006. Prior to joining A&B, Doane was chief operating officer of the Shidler Group from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, he was group vice president of IU International Corporation, a large diversified company headquartered in Philadelphia. He began his business career in 1975 with C. Brewer in Hawaii. Doane is a director of First Hawaiian Bank and Pacific Guardian Life Insurance Company. He also serves on the boards of a number of community organizations. Doane is past chairman of the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii. Doane is a graduate of Brigham Young University and holds a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School. He served as an officer in the U. S. Navy for four years.

Mr. Pasquale, 54, was appointed Chairman of the Board in May 2009 and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since April 2004 and as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of the Company since November 2003. Mr. Pasquale served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ARV Assisted Living, an operator of assisted living facilities, from December 1999 to September 2003. From April 2003 to September 2003, Mr. Pasquale concurrently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Atria Senior Living Group. From March 1999 to December 1999, Mr. Pasquale served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at ARV, and he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at ARV from June 1998 to March 1999. Previously, Mr. Pasquale served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Richfield Hospitality Services, Inc. and Regal Hotels International—North America a hotel ownership and hotel management company from 1996 to 1998, and as its Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 1996. Mr. Pasquale is a member of the Executive Board of the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA) and is a director of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc.

Mr. Watanabe graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a juris doctor degree from the George Washington University Law Center. In addition to sitting on the boards of a number of for-profit corporations in Hawaii and the mainland U.S., he serves as a trustee on numerous nonprofit boards, including The Sesame Workshop, the Consuelo Foundation and The Nature Conservancy of Hawaii.
