Noreen Doyle was the First Vice President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development from 2001 to 2005. Ms. Doyle currently sits on the Board of Directors of Credit Suisse Group, QinetiQ, and Rexam PLC and has served as the chair of the Budapest Bank Supervisory Board.

Dr. Madan is a Research Professor in the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at The Colorado School of Mines, President of MVSystems Inc. and an adjunct at The University of Waterloo, Canada. He became one of the originators of Amorphous Silicon technologies in 1970 and fabricated the first TFT (thin film transistor) as part of his Ph.D thesis. With over 30 years of leading edge scientific accomplishments he has published well over one hundred scientific papers, published a text book now in use at several universities and holds fourteen patents on thin film semiconductor technology as well as advanced vacuum semiconductor deposition systems. In addition to his recognized leadership in the fields of thin film semiconductors and solar cells, he is the founder of two firms, Glasstech Solar Inc. in 1985 and MVSystems, Inc. in 1989. As founder of these firms he has gained over twenty years of international business, marketing and management experience successfully establishing technology sales exceeding $150 million dollars. Leveraging his extensive scientific, business and leadership capabilities he has led teams of scientists/engineers in multi-disciplinary programs providing contract research and development work for a multitude of domestic and international agencies and firms including the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (USA), BP-Solar (USA), Shell (The Netherlands), Kovio (USA), Zettacore (USA), QinetiQ (UK), ENEA (Italy) and Pacific Solar (Australia) etc.. Dr Madan received his Ph.D. - Physics from the University of Dundee, Scotland.

David Rennie joined QinetiQ in January 2006 and appointed Director of EMEA Product Development. He also leads the New Business Accelerator division. He works across all EMEA business divisions and venture companies building and validating strategic investments, enhancing QinetiQ's product development and supply chain delivery capabilities and accelerating new business start-ups from inception to market launch. His goal is to achieve a world-class product delivery capability across EMEA divisions and ventures and to significantly enhance the value of QinetiQ venture companies. David has been involved in the start up, supply chain creation and development of several venture companies including Quintel Technologies, Tarsier, GPS Telematics, Stingray Geophysical and ZephIR. He also developed and launched QinetiQ's Corporate Product Development Framework. Before joining QinetiQ, David was founder and Managing Director of Rennie Burns Consulting, a ventures and business start-up management consultancy, Partner and Head of KPMG Consulting's High-Tech Sector in the UK, Vice President of Product Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics at EMI Music International and Managing Director of Personal Computer Products division in Europe for Digital Equipment Corporation. David holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Strathclyde University and an MBA and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Henley Management College.

Nic Peeling has a doctorate in computing from Oxford and is an award-winning software researcher at QinetiQ, originally part of the U.K. Ministry of Defence and now one of Europe's largest science and technology research organizations. Prior to joining QinetiQ, Dick Hedges spent some years in senior professional services and consultancy roles in Ball and Jacobs Australia. In 2000, he retired from the Royal Australian Air Force as an Air Commodore after serving for 36 years in numerous roles, gaining extensive experience in project management, engineering, strategic procurement and senior management and leadership. On his retirement, Dick was Acting Head, Electronics Systems Division in the Defence Material Organisation. Dick holds an Associate Diploma of Engineering from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and also a Master of Science degree from Cranfield, UK. In the Queen's Birthday Honours list in 1995, Dick was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for exceptional service to the Royal Australian Air Force, particularly as Director of the Air Force Commercial Support Programme.

Rodger Manning is EMEAa s Regional Manager for Australasia. Rodger is assisting with the integration of the new businesses into the wider QinetiQ organisation, and is responsible for exploiting synergies with QinetiQ UK. He also supports QinetiQa s wider business aspirations within Australia. Rodger sits outside of our Australian consultancy business so that he can support our technology supply business with the ADF. Rodger has worked with QinetiQ and its predecessors for 13 years, primarily within the maritime defence sector. Rodger has previously worked for two years at DSTO Edinburgh, managing a joint Australian-UK project, and has also spent a year working in QinetiQa s Washington office, where he was responsible for underwater maritime business development activities in the US. Rodgera s doctorate was gained in astronomy.

Stephen Cording joined QinetiQ in August 2008 as Finance Director EMEA, responsible for all financial aspects of the business, including driving financial performance and managing the company?s investments. He also leads the finance team in supporting business profitability and meeting shareholder expectations. Prior to working at QinetiQ, Stephen ran his own management consultancy for 5 years, with clients including the MoD and other Government departments. Before this he was at BAE Systems for 17 years.

Dr C. Ian Chessell is the Chairman of QinetiQ in Australia. He was Australia's Chief Defence Scientist and head of the Defence Science and Technology Organisation until he retired in 2003. Ian served as a member of the Prime Minister's Science, Engineering and Innovation Council (2001-2003) and in 2003 he was awarded the Centenary Medal for services to defence science. He was elected a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering in 2003. Ian is also Chief Scientist for South and a member of the Board of the Anglo-Australian Telescope. He has held positions with the University of South Australia and Adelaide University, and has chaired a number of Commonwealth Government review committees.

Glenn Youngkin is a managing director of the Carlyle Group and is head of Carlyle's Global Industrial team based in Washington, DC. From 2000 to 2005, he led Carlyle's buyout activities in the United Kingdom. Glenn is a mechanical engineering graduate of Rice University and received his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
