Scott is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology. He received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree with honors, specializing in construction management and structural design. He makes his home in Leesburg, where he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife and three sons. His favorite activities are helping his boys with homework, attending their various sporting events, and coaching their basketball teams.

Donna brings over 15 years of professional administrative experience, most recently as an Executive Assistant. Her strengths include professional verbal and written communication skills, outstanding organizational abilities, and exceptional attention to detail. A graduate of Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, she holds dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Human Resources Development. A native of Michigan and current resident of Purcellville, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage sons, touring the back roads of Loudoun County on her Yamaha scooter, scouting thrift shops, and reading.

TMG is pleased to announce that James A. ("Jim") Coots has joined the organization in the role of Superintendent. Jim's background includes over 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a carpenter, superintendent, and owner of a carpentry business. Previous projects include tenant fit-up at the Rosslyn Center (Virginia), remodeling of the American Trucking Association headquarters in Washington, DC, and remodeling of numerous retail establishments throughout the east coast region. Jim also served four years in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer.

TMG is pleased to announce that Michele Lipscomb recently joined the organization in the role of Accountant. Reporting to TMG Controller Rusty Cook, Michele is currently responsible for the Accounts Payable function, which includes on-going communication with TMG subcontractors and suppliers. She will soon be applying her extensive skills and knowledge to the areas of Payroll, Benefits, Equipment Costing, and Billing.
