Maxim Integrated Products

Tunc Doluca has served as a director of Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. as well as its President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2007. Mr. Doluca joined Maxim in 1984 as a Member of Technical Staff. After several promotions, he was named Vice President of R&D in 1993. At that time Mr. Doluca designed the industry's first high-integration, notebook power-supply IC (the MAX786), and was still designing ICs until 1996. While at Maxim, Mr. Doluca personally designed over 40 products and holds 11 patents. In 1994 he became the leader of the Company's first vertical business unit for portable power-management products. Mr. Doluca's management responsibilities continued to expand, and in 2005 he assumed management of worldwide sales and marketing. Born in Ankara, Turkey, Mr. Doluca holds a BSEE degree from Iowa State University and an MSEE degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Mr. Hale has served as Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer since January 31, 2007. He joined Dallas Semiconductor Corporation in June 1987 and served in various financial management positions including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer when Dallas Semiconductor was acquired by Maxim in 2001. From 2001 until 2005, Mr. Hale continued in his capacity at Dallas Semiconductor and also served as a Vice President for Maxim. In July, 2005, following Mr. Hale s request, his responsibilities were redistributed and reassigned. From July 2005 until January 2007, Mr. Hale assisted Maxim with its investor relations program and special projects on a part-time basis until agreeing to serve as Interim CFO in January 2007.

Mr. Kiddoo, 45, joined Broadcom in 1999 as Controller of the Broadband Communications Business Unit. He became the company's Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer in July 2002, and in January 2003 he was elected a Vice President. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Kiddoo held various senior financial management positions for over five years at LSI Logic Corporation. Previously he held various financial positions at IBM and in the United States Navy, where he worked in Naval Reactors. He received a B.S. in Applied Science from the United States Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from the College of William and Mary.

James R. Bergman was a Founder and General Partner of DSV Partners III and IV and their predecessors. These firms provided capital and management assistance to emerging companies primarily in high technology, particularly those technologies associated with electronics, communications, biotechnology and health care. He currently serves as a Special Limited Partner for Cardinal Partners, LLC, a Princeton, NJ based fund, which focuses on early stage investments in the health care sector. In addition, Jim is a Partner of Brantley Partners, a Cleveland, OH based private equity organization which concentrates on acquisition strategy investments. Over the past thirty years Jim served DSV in several capacities. He was Vice President and Treasurer of Data Science Ventures and later a co-founder and General Partner of DSV Associates, DSV Partners III and DSV Partners IV. He has been involved in the early funding of a number of significant technology companies. He has led investments in data communications, semiconductors, computer peripherals, and advanced technology areas. Most recently, Jim focused on investments involving consolidation strategies in various technology-based industries. Jim has served on the Boards of more than thirty companies, including DeCrane Aircraft Holdings and Maxim Integrated Products. He was also a director of the National Venture Capital Association from 1985 to 1990. He is presently active on the Boards of two emerging growth companies. In the charitable sector, Jim currently serves on the Boards of Sinapi Aba Trust and OI/SASL (two Ghana based Micro Finance organizations), Concordia University-(Advisory), Opportunity International, the Christian Center of Park City and the UCLA Foundation. In addition, he has served on numerous other church and charitable boards and committees. He and his wife have taken a number of field trips to Third World countries with World Vision, Church Resource Ministries, Opportunity International and other organizations. Jim attended UCLA, where he graduated with honors with a B.S. in Engineering and received his M.B.A. with distinction. Jim and his wife have endowed two fellowships at the UCLA School of Social Welfare to promote the implementation of new ideas to help women and children in the inner city and the Third World and several scholarships at Fuller Seminary targeted to assist inner city and low income students. Jim and Judy reside in southern California and have three grown sons.

Rob's career has focused on building brands and consumer experiences across consumer products, software and services. In his last role before joining Wetpaint, Rob served as vice president, Global Beverage for Starbucks Coffee Company, where he was responsible for product innovation and product marketing of all hot and cold hand-crafted beverages served in Starbucks stores around the world, all of which comprised more than half of Starbucks global revenue. Prior to that, Rob served in roles vice president - Beverage, director - Espresso and director New Ventures for Starbucks' US business. Prior to Starbucks, Rob spent 5 years in marketing at RealNetworks, the pioneer in Internet audio and video, leading a variety of consumer software launches under the RealPlayer and RealJukebox names. Rob began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he spent 5 years delivering innovation in the health care and paper products categories. Rob holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford University.
