Mr. Williams is a co-founder of Maxim TEP, Inc., and has over 20 years of oil industry, agribusiness and manufacturing experience. In 1985, Mr. Williams helped start Central Valley Pump and Supply, and Madera Manufacturing in California to exploit a "down hole" drilling technology that had been purchased, then raised funds to market and manage the business, selling these rigs throughout the Middle East. He then formed BC JAM, a consulting partnership designed to secure oil and gas leases where new technologies could be used to enhance their production. In the 1990's Mr. Williams formed two companies focused on securing oil and gas leases in Montana and New Mexico. His review of technologies that could assist the oil and gas industry led him into the satellite industry in the development and marketing of systems designed to allow communications between oil rigs and drilling platforms. When the opportunity presented itself to develop a technology enhanced production company whose focus was poised more toward acquisition of producing properties, and not just oil services, Mr. Williams accepted the position of President/CEO of Maxim TEP, Inc. Majoring in Business Administration, Mr. Williams attended Fresno Pacific College 1976-1980.

Mr. Sepos is a co-founder of Maxim TEP, Inc. with over 24 years of accounting and management experience for private and public companies. He previously served as interim CFO with US Data Authority, Inc. (USDA) from April 2000 through January 2004. Mr. Sepos had been with USDA since its inception, overseeing all the reporting requirements of a publicly traded company, assisted in the raising of over $16 million, and also managed the restructuring of the company: the renegotiation of significant debt, and effectively managing funds, which enabled USDA to survive multiple challenges, as it moved from start-up to developmental company. He has assisted mid-to-large sized corporations develop from startup into development of operations. Mr. Sepos had served as a Controller since 1982 with: Phoenix Development and Construction Co., a large regional development/construction company and the owner/broker of International Realty Advisors, Inc., a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker estate management company from 1982-1987; and Controller for Litowich and Son, a large food distribution company serving an extensive national and international customer base in the United States, South and Central America, and Mexico, from 1990-2000. Mr. Sepos is a 1981 graduate of Robert Morris University, Pittsburgh, PA, with a BSBA degree in Business Management (Accounting), and an Associates degree in Management.
