Dave DeWalt is Chief Executive Officer and President of McAfee, Inc. He joined McAfee in April 2007. DeWalt has more than 20 years in the technology space, holding a series of leadership positions in some of the industry's most innovative and successful companies. Prior to McAfee, DeWalt oversaw customer operations and sales at EMC Corporation. His responsibilities included channels, alliances and partners, product sales, global accounts, vertical programs, and field business operations. DeWalt also led EMC's content management and archiving software business. At EMC, DeWalt helped form the EMC Software Group (ESG), which in turn helped transform EMC from a hardware vendor to a complete IT provider. Responsible for a more than $4 billion business, DeWalt was promoted three times, ultimately becoming president of software, sales and services. He joined EMC in 2003 when EMC acquired Documentum, the global leader in enterprise content management. As president and CEO, DeWalt led Documentum through nine consecutive quarters of growth, five record revenue quarters, and four successful acquisitions before leading the sale of the company to EMC for $1.9 billion. Prior to joining Documentum, DeWalt was founding principal and vice president of Eventus Software. He also held various executive positions as Quest Software, Segue and Oracle Corporation. Over the course of his career DeWalt has helped build companies from startup (Eventus, Quest) to midsize (Documentum, Segue) to some of the largest (Oracle, EMC). A true expert in acquisitions, he led the sale of Documentum and Eventus, has been acquired three times, and has acquired more than 50 companies over the course of his career. DeWalt was named one of the 25 most influential executives in high technology by the readers of the industry publication CRN. As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Rocky Pimentel is responsible for leading all worldwide finance, IT, facilities and manufacturing functions, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer and President, Dave DeWalt. Charles J. Robel has been a director of our company since June 2006 and has served as the non-executive chairman of our board of directors since October 2006. He served as a managing member and chief operating officer at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, a venture capital fund, from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Robel began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, from which he retired as a partner in 2000. Anthony Zingale has been a director of our company since May 2008. He served as president and chief executive officer of Mercury Interactive, a provider of business technology optimization (BTO) solutions that included the quality, performance, availability and governance of enterprise software applications, from 2004 until it was acquired by Hewlett Packard at the end of 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Zingale was a private investor from 2001 to 2004. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Zingale served as president of Nortel Network's billion-dollar eBusiness Solutions Group. Prior to that, Mr. Zingale served as president and chief executive officer of Clarify, a customer relationship management (CRM) provider, from 1997 until it was acquired by Nortel Networks in 2000. Mr. Zingale currently serves on the board of directors of Coverity, Inc. and Jive Software, Inc.

Carl Bass is president and chief executive officer of Autodesk, Inc. Autodesk products serve the manufacturing, building, infrastructure, and media and entertainment industries. Formerly he was Autodesk’s chief operating officer, responsible for worldwide sales, marketing, and product development. Earlier roles included chief strategy officer and executive vice president of emerging business, looking broadly across the entire Autodesk organization at strategy and growth opportunities. He also served as chief technology officer (CTO) and vice president of the AECAD group, responsible for the design and development of AutoCAD and AEC products. When Autodesk spun off its Buzzsaw division as a separate start-up, Bass left to be its chairman, CEO and president. He returned to Autodesk when Buzzsaw was acquired by the company. Bass co-founded Ithaca Software, the developers of HOOPS, which was acquired by Autodesk in 1993. Bass serves on the Board of Directors of Autodesk, McAfee, and iRise and is a member of the Executive Advisory Boards of Cornell Computing and Information Science and FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science & Technology). He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Cornell University.

Eric Brown is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Electronic Arts, the world's leading interactive entertainment software company. Mr. Brown originally joined EA in 1998, serving as Vice President / Chief Operating Officer of EA's Redwood Shores Studio as well as working overseas in Japan. He left the company in 2000 to join Strategy.com as Chief Financial Officer and ultimately became President and Chief Financial Officer of its parent company, MicroStrategy, Inc. Since October 2007, Mr. Pangia has also served as chief executive officer of Highlands Acquisition Corp., an AMEX-traded special purpose acquisition company.
