Mr. Tunney has served as our President since May 2001, and as our Chief Executive Officer since August 2006. Prior to becoming our Chief Executive Officer, he served as our Chief Operating Officer from 1998 to August 2006. Prior to becoming our President, he served as our Chief Financial Officer and Secretary from 1998 to 2000 and our Treasurer from 1998 to 2002. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Tunney was employed at First Union National Bank, which acquired Signet Bank in 1997. From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Tunney was employed at Signet Bank where he served as a vice president.

Mr. Merrick has served as our Chief Investment Officer since August 2006 and as one of our Executive Vice Presidents since 1998. Mr. Merrick was our Chief Credit Officer from 1998 to August 2006. Mr. Merrick was employed at Signet Bank where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer from 1985 to 1997.

Mr. Bacica has served as our Chief Financial Officer since 2008 and previously served as our Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining MCG, Mr. Bacica was Vice President, Accounting Policy of Marriott International, Inc., from April 2006 to May 2008. He also served as Senior Director, Accounting Policy of Marriott from July 2004 to April 2006 and as Director, Accounting Policy of Marriott from May 2002 to July 2004. Prior to his employment with Marriott, Mr. Bacica was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Saville has served as our Executive Vice President of Business Development since 1998. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Saville was employed at First Union National Bank, which acquired Signet Bank in 1997. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Saville was employed at Signet Bank where he served as Vice President.

Mr. Thomas has been our Executive Vice President, Risk Management and Underwriting since August 2006 and as Director of Sponsorship and Underwriting from November 2001 until August 2006. From March 2006 until August 2006, Mr. Thomas was one of our Senior Vice Presidents, and he was one of our Vice Presidents from November 2001 until March 2006. Mr. Thomas has been employed by us since 1998.

Mr. Rubenstein has served as our Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since 2000. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Rubenstein was employed at Bryan Cave, LLP, a law firm, where he was a partner since 1996.

Kathryn Killeen, is a senior vice president of sponsorship & underwriting of MCG Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: MCGC), a one-stop capital firm. Prior to joining MCG, Kathryn was a Vice President at Signet Bank and a Senior Credit Analyst working exclusively for MCG's predecessor organization. She has been involved in developing the underwriting standards for all MCG sectors. Prior to joining MCG's predecessor organization in 1994, Kathryn managed the Credit Analysis Department at Signet Bank, providing analytical support for several early MCG transactions. She received her BBA in Accounting and Finance from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from Loyola University in New Orleans.

Charlie E. Booth is Vice President of Risk Management & Underwriting for MCG Capital Corporation, a one-stop capital firm. As Vice President, Charlie leads transaction teams in due diligence, underwriting, and valuation, and assesses risks of potential investments in MCG diversified sectors. Charlie joined MCG in 2002, after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He also held a summer internship at MCG in 2001.

Tom McLoughlin is a Vice President of Sponsorship & Underwriting for MCG Capital Corporation, a one-stop capital firm. Prior to joining MCG, Tom was a Director in the Corporate Finance Group at ORIX Capital Markets, where he managed a high yield portfolio of bonds and syndicated bank loans. Formerly, Tom was a Vice President in the Communications Banking Division at AllFirst Bank. While in this position, he managed a credit intensive loan portfolio in cable television, specialty publishing, television broadcasting, wireless, and tower industries. Prior to that, Tom sourced, underwrote, structured, and managed cash flow transactions for AllFirst Bank' Leveraged Finance Group. He began his career as a loan officer for Manufacturers Bank of Detroit after successfully completing a two-year credit training program. Tom earned a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Andrew J. Jacobson, is a managing director of MCG Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: MCGC), a one-stop capital firm. Andy joined MCG in 1999 after a successful 20-year career in the information industry and leads investments in information services, publishing, business services, business process outsourcing, manufacturing, software, and other industries. He came to MCG from Post-Newsweek Business Information, where he served as President. He founded Post-Newsweek, a subsidiary of The Washington Post Co., by bringing together numerous acquisitions – including TechNews, Inc., Washington Technology newspaper, Newsbytes News Network, Government Computer News, and the FOSE trade show – and launching TechCapital magazine. Prior to that, Mr. Jacobson was President of TRI, a diversified information publisher based in Washington, DC, and Associate Publisher at Capitol Publications, then a subsidiary of U.K. publishing firm Pearson. At the age of 23, he started up his own publishing firm, which he later sold to Capitol Publications. He has an B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.

Douglas H. Gilbert is a managing director of MCG Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: MCGC), a one-stop capital firm. He is a key member of MCG's origination team. Doug joined MCG in 2006, bringing over 12 years of private equity investing experience with Winston Partners, Thayer Capital Partners, and Boston Ventures Management, and four years of merger and acquisition experience with Lehman Brothers and The Bridgeford Group. Most recently, Doug was a Managing Director at Winston Partners, where he was responsible for all aspects of investing in lower middle market companies for the private equity practice with $150 million of equity capital. He was the leader of an investment team which sourced, negotiated, structured, and executed value-based buyouts of niche manufacturing and business services companies. Previously, Doug was a Managing Director at Thayer Capital, a $1.3 billion private equity firm focused on leveraged buyout and growth equity investments. There he focused on investments in information technology, marketing, and business services companies. Prior to Thayer, he worked at Boston Ventures Management, focused on media and communications investments. Doug has served as a board member on numerous portfolio companies and two as Chairman. Doug holds a B.A. in Political Economy from Williams College and received a Masters of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.

E. Peter Malekian is a Managing Director of MCG Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: MCGC), a one-stop capital investment firm. He is a key member of MCG's origination and investment team. Peter joined MCG in 2001 and has 13 years of experience in private equity, mezzanine, consulting and investment banking. Prior to joining MCG, Peter was an investment banker and Senior Vice President with Ferris Baker Watts in its corporate finance and M&A group. There he focused on business services, technology and software-based middle market and growth companies. Prior to that he was with Arthur Andersen’s economic and financial consulting practice and, previously, in public accounting, where he worked with both middle market growth companies and multinational corporations. Peter started his business career as an entrepreneur while completing his undergraduate education. Peter has made investments for MCG in healthcare, business services, distribution, software, education and niche manufacturing. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Jenzabar, Inc. and is an observer on the Boards of Directors of Medical Consultants, Inc., Restaurant Technologies, Inc., CWP/RMK Acquisition Corp. and Advanced Sleep Concepts, Inc. He was previously an observer on the Board of Directors of SXC Health Solutions, Inc. He holds a BS in accounting from George Mason University and an MBA with distinction from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management. Peter is a certified public accountant.

John S. Patton, Jr., is managing director of MCG Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: MCGC), a solutions-focused financial services firm serving the communications, information services, media, and technology industries. He is responsible for investment decisions and relationship management in MCG's telecommunications practice, which focuses on competitive local exchange, long distance, data, Internet, wireless, and communications support, including tower ownership and management. Using MCG's flexible approach to funding and structuring capital, John has managed transactions that have allowed his customers to expand their product lines and distribution channels and make the necessary capital investments in provisioning capacity to support growth. John is active in the telecommunications industry, including affiliations with Ascent, Competitive Telecommunications Association (CompTel), and Promoting Active Competition Everywhere (PACE) Coalition.

Robert L. Marcotte is a Managing Director of MCG Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: MCGC), a one-stop capital firm. Bob is a team leader in the company's business development group, and covers a portion of the private equity sponsor community and investment activities in the cable industry. In addition to related portfolio management responsibilities, Bob also serves on the MCG Credit Committee. Prior to joining MCG in 2001, Marcotte was chief financial officer for Aleron, Inc., a wholesale Internet access and network services provider. Formerly, he served as vice president in the corporate finance department of the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York and as a director of the project & lease financing department in investment banking for Merrill Lynch & Co. Marcotte also served as senior vice president of the project financing department of GE Capital in Stamford, CT. He began his career as a banking officer at Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh after graduating Georgetown University cum laude with a bachelor of science in business administration with majors in accounting and finance.

William (Bill) B. Ford, is managing director of MCG Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: MCGC), a one-stop capital firm. He is a key member of MCG's origination team and serves on the MCG Credit Committee. Bill joined MCG in 2004, bringing over 12 years of private equity and mezzanine debt investment experience. Prior to MCG he was a Managing Director of Perseus, LLC a private equity fund that managed over $2.0 billion in capital across several funds focused on leveraged buyout, growth equity and venture capital investments. There he focused on middle market and technology companies and has served as a director of companies in the branded consumer products, technology, business services and manufacturing areas. Previously, Bill was a principal with Butler Capital Corporation, a $1.5 billion private equity and mezzanine debt investment firm. There he focused on middle market investments in a variety of industries including light manufacturing, specialty retail and business services. Prior to Butler, Bill was a management consultant with Price Waterhouse, LLP. Mr. Ford began his career with the General Electric Company serving in various financial management positions. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for LMS Intellibound, Total Sleep Holdings, Inc., Superior International Industries, Inc., Jet Plastica, Inc. and Pharmalogic Holdings, Inc. He is also an observer on the Board of Directors for Equibrand, Inc., NDS Surgical Imaging, LLC, Quantum Medical Imaging, LLC, MicroDental Laboratories and MicroCal, LLC and formerly was an observer at Team Express, Inc. and Oncure Medical Corporation. He holds a B.S., cum laude, from St. Lawrence University and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Mr. Neu has been Chairman of our board since April 2009. Mr. Neu currently serves on the board of directors and the audit committee of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. Mr. Neu was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Charter One Financial, Inc. from December 1985 to August 2004, and was a director of Charter One Financial, Inc. from 1992 to August 2004. Mr. Neu previously worked for KPMG as a Senior Audit Manager.

Mr. O Keefe served as the Chairman of our board from February 2005 to March 2007. He currently is a Managing Director of Vestar Capital Partners, a private equity firm. From July 2003 until 2006, he was Chief Executive Officer of NewVen Partners, LLC, a private investment firm, which he founded. Prior to July 2003, Mr. O Keefe held executive positions with several large media companies over an 18 year career, including Pyramid Communications, Inc. where he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Board Member, Evergreen Media Corporation as Executive Vice President of Operations and Board Member, Chancellor Media Corporation as Executive Vice President of Operations, AMFM, Inc. as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer, Clear Channel Communications, Inc. as President and Chief Operating Officer of its radio division and Infinity Broadcasting as Executive Vice President. Mr. O Keefe s term as a director will expire in 2009.

Ms. Kelly is a consultant. From July 2004 until March 2005, she served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Arroyo Video Solutions, Inc., a software company serving video service providers. From 1990 to 2003, Ms. Kelly was employed by Insight Communications Company, Inc., where she was President from August 2002 to 2003, Chief Operating Officer from January 1998 to 2003 and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 1990 to January 2002. From August 2002 to 2003, she also served as Chief Executive Officer of Insight Midwest, L.P. Ms. Kelly also serves as a director of Bank of New York Hamilton Funds.
