Mr. Zuroff was named General Counsel, Group Vice President, and Secretary of the Company in August of 2006. Previously, he had served as General Counsel, Executive Vice President and Secretary to ICG Communications until it was sold. He has practiced law for over twenty-three years in both private practice and as corporate in-house counsel. He has over nine years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Zuroff has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Carroll College, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana, and an LLM. in Taxation Law from New York University.

Lowell Johnson VP of Customer Advocacy lowell.johnson@spanlink.com Mr. Johnson brings a strong background in running large professional services organizations focused in telecommunications and information technology. Before joining Spanlink, Mr. Johnson was the Vice President of Professional Services Americas at ADC Telecommunications where he headed up the team responsible for delivering consulting and implementation services across the region. Mr. Johnson's previous leadership also includes his roles as Vice President of Information Technology with McLeodUSA and leader of the Market Implementation Group that he formed and grew to implement standard systems, processes, and products in new markets.

Bill Heaston is the General Counsel for PrairieWave Communications, Inc., headquartered in Sioux Falls, SD. He holds a BA from Creighton University, a JD from the Creighton University School of Law, and an LLM from the New York University School of Law. Bill retired from the U.S. Army in 1986 after 21 years of service in the JAG Corps. He served in Vietnam, Europe, West Point, Alaska, Kansas and Washington, DC. His awards include the Legion of Merit and two Bronze Stars. From 1986 to 1998, Bill was a Senior Attorney for U S WEST (nka Qwest), providing legal support and advice for its operations principally in North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. In 1998 Bill became the General Counsel for Dakota Telecommunications Group ("DTG") until its acquisition by McLeodUSA in 1999. He was a Deputy General Counsel for McLeodUSA providing legal advice on wholesale, carrier and major customer contractual matters, state regulatory issues, and the business to business relationship with Qwest. In 2002 PrairieWave Communications acquired the former DTG operation from McLeodUSA, and Bill remained with the operation as a part of the acquisition. He became the General Counsel for PrairieWave in 2003. His practice of law involves corporate governance, state and federal regulation, and lobbying industry issues before state and federal legislative and administrative bodies. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado, Minnesota, Nebraska and South Dakota.

Donald R. Beall Chairman Emeritus, Rockwell. Mr. Beall has been a director of our company since June 2001 and served as non-executive Chairman of the Board from June 2001 to June 2002. He is the Chairman of the Executive Committee and a member of the Technology Committee. Mr. Beall is the retired Chairman and CEO of Rockwell and was a director of Rockwell from 1978 to February 2001. He served as Chairman/CEO of Rockwell from 1988 to February 1998 and President from 1979 to 1988. Mr. Beall serves on the board of CT Realty. He is a former director of Conexant Systems, Jazz Semiconductor, Mindspeed Technologies, Skyworks Solutions, Procter & Gamble, Times Mirror, Amoco and ArvinMeritor. He is a member of various University of California - Irvine supporting organizations, an Overseer of the Hoover Institute at Stanford and a former trustee of California Institute of Technology. He is also a member of the Business Executives for National Security; on the Presidents’ Circle of National Academies of Science, Engineering & Medicine; and member of numerous Young Presidents Organization Alumni groups. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He is an advisor to the San Jose State University School of Engineering; and a trustee and President’s Circle member of the Naval Postgraduate School Foundation. He is an investor, director and/or advisor with several private companies and investment partnerships. Anthony J. Carbone Retired Vice Chairman of the Board and Senior Consultant, The Dow Chemical Company. Mr. Carbone has been a director of our company since June 2001. He is the Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Carbone served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Dow Chemical Company (chemical, plastic and agricultural products) from February 2000 to October 2005 and Senior Consultant of Dow from November 2000 to October 2005. He served as Executive Vice President of Dow from November 1996 to November 2000. He is a former director of Dow. He is a member of the American Chemical Society and former board member and Chairman of the American Plastics Council and the Society of Plastics Industries. Mr. Carbone has served on the Advisory Council of the Heritage Foundation. Chris A. Davis General Partner, Forstmann Little & Co. Ms. Davis has been a director of our company since February 2002 and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee. She became a General Partner with Forstmann Little & Co. (private equity firm) in October 2005 after having served them as a Special Limited Partner since August 2001. She served as Chairman of McLeodUSA Incorporated (telecommunications) from August 2005 to January 2006, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of McLeodUSA from April 2002 to August 2005 and Chief Operating and Financial Officer of McLeodUSA from August 2001 to April 2002. She served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of ONI Systems (telecommunications) from May 2000 to August 2001. She served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and director of Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation (business aircraft) from July 1993 to April 2000. She is a member of the board of directors of Cytec Industries, Inc., IMG Worldwide, 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide and ENK International, and is a former director of Aviall, Inc. and Wolverine Tube, Inc.

Jeffrey D. Benjamin became one of our directors in October 2005 and was previously one of our directors from August 1998 through July 2003 and a director of our parent holding company from July 2003 through its merger into us. Mr. Benjamin has been a Senior Advisor to Apollo Management, LP since September 2002. He had previously been a Managing Director of Libra Securities LLC, an investment banking firm, from January 2002 to September 2002 and served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Libra Securities from January 1999 to December 2001. Mr. Benjamin is also a director of Dade Behring Holdings Inc., NTL Incorporated and Goodman Global, Inc.

Roy A. Wilkens has served as a director since June 1999. In 1985, Mr. Wilkens founded WilTel, Inc., a wholesale communications carrier and a subsidiary of The Williams Companies, an oil and gas pipeline company. Mr. Wilkens was the Chief Executive Officer of WilTel Inc. from 1985 to 1995. In 1995, when WilTel was acquired by LDDS Communications, a predecessor company to MCI Worldcom, Mr. Wilkens remained as Chief Executive Officer of WilTel until 1997. Prior to 1985, Mr. Wilkens served as the President of Williams Pipeline Company, a subsidiary of The Williams Companies. In 1992, President George Bush appointed Mr. Wilkens to the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Council. He has also served as chairman of both the Competitive Telecommunications Association and the National Telecommunications Network. In November 1999, he was the first recipient of the Telecommunications Competition Award, a designation created jointly by the Telecommunications Resellers Association (TRA) and PHONE+ magazine. Mr. Wilkens is Chairman of Williams Communications Group and is a member of the board of directors of McLeodUSA Inc., a communications service provider; Orillion Corporation, a software provider to the telecommunications industry; and UniDial, Inc., a telecommunications services provider.

Mr. Ueberroth is an investor and Chairman of the Contrarian Group, Inc., a business management company, and has held this position since 1989. He is also Co-Chairman of Pebble Beach Company. He is Chairman of Ambassadors International, Inc. and is a Director of Hilton Hotels Corporation and McLeodUSA Incorporated.
