Prior to joining McNally Industries, Marty has enjoyed 13 years of financial management experience at several world class audit agencies. He holds a BA in Economics from Boston College and an MS/MBA from Northeastern University.

Don has been with McNally Industries for nearly 30 years with full responsibility for developing new business and McNally markets. He also has a strong background in Defense Contracting and the operations of the Defense industry. He has a proven history in doing business with the US Government and many fortune 100 companies such as Alliant Tech Systems, General Dynamics, BAE, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and many others. He has a BS from the University of Wisconsin at Superior and significant post graduate work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and George Washington University.

Ken has over 30 years in the Defense and Commercial Aerospace Electronics and Machining Industries. He is known for his leadership in business growth through "lean" and continuous improvement / workforce involvement initiatives. Ken has worked with fortune 100 companies like General Electric Aircraft Engines and Honeywell Defense Avionics Systems and held senior leadership positions as VP, VP/GM and President in these companies. He has an MBA from New Mexico Highlands University and a BS/BA coupled with technical diplomas in Electronics.

Paul has been with McNally Industries for over 20 years with responsibilities for Product Line P&L and for large, mechanical system projects including Mk6 Ammunition Hoist. Prior to joining McNally, Paul served as Vice President of Manufacturing and Engineering Operations for Brown Boveri TurboMachinery and provided technical leadership in the area of turbine aerodynamics for the Worthington Corporation. Paul has a BSME degree from the Newark College of Engineering.

With more than 25 years of manufacturing and management at McNally, Bill couples His education and career experience to insure that the Company has optimal manufacturing processes to accommodate continued growth. He has a wide variety of skills and knowledge including Mechanical Engineering, Program Management, Estimating and supervision. As the VP of Operations Bill has management responsibility for the Company's internal operating departments including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering and Production Control.

Jim has joined the McNally team to lead the Northern Pump Division. His experience in distribution includes branch start up, managing sales and warehouse operations, and large account sales. He has enjoyed 25 years in Industrial Pump sales with several major pump OEM?s and Distributors. The first six years of his career was with Northern Pump sales department and is very familiar with the products and markets Northern Pump serves. He is responsible for managing the sales and marketing, manufacturing and engineering activities of the Northern Pump Division. Jim has an Associates Degree in Marketing from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical Institute and attended the University of Industrial Distribution.

Steve's 20 years of experience in manufacturing and design, as well as his degrees in business and mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota, brought him to McNally Industries. Steve has significant experience as an ISO Internal Auditor, Certified Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing Professional (SME), and Certified Process Engineer (3M), as well as years of experience designing for the defense industry.

Dewey has been involved with the MK6 Ammunition Hoist Team at McNally for nearly 20 years. He has complete Program Management experience including design, sub-contractor/supplier management and extensive customer interface background regarding both technical and program related issues. With his strong technical education background, Dewey is involved with all aspects of Naval Programs whether they are domestic or internationally oriented. As such he regularly interfaces with customers and is experienced in working with regulatory agencies such as the U.S. Department of State and Defense Ministries of various countries.
