Doug Hall is Chief Executive Officer of MDA Federal, a fast-growing high-technology company in Rockville, MD, specializing in scientific analysis and processing of satellite imagery, geographic information systems, and environmental data management and distribution. His career has combined leading management roles in business, the non-profit sector and government, including serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Nature Conservancy and U.S. Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere. MDA Federal was the world's leading provider of value-added remote sensing products in 1999 and in August 2000 was named by Deloitte & Touche as a member of its Maryland Technology Fast 50 (a list of the 50 fastest-growing high technology companies in the state of Maryland). Mr. Hall received a B.A. in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Christopher Hyde is an Energy Weather Consultant (Meteorologist) and Manager of Product Sales of the MDA EarthSat Weather group at MDA Federal Inc. (formerly Earth Satellite Corporation) in Rockville, Maryland. Mr. Hyde has been employed with MDA Federal Inc. for over eight years. Phone consultation with industry traders and meteorologists about MDA EarthSat Weather's forecast view is part of the daily routine for Mr. Hyde. Chris also specializes in forecasting unique areas in the tropics geared toward clients customized needs. Besides forecast responsibilities, Mr. Hyde markets MDA EarthSat Weather's energy products by letting current clients know about new products and finding perspective energy clients.

Dr. Brazil is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Riverside Technology, inc. (RTi). He specializes in the development and evaluation of water management projects both domestically and internationally. In his technical role as a water resources engineer, he is involved in decision support system development, deterministic and stochastic hydrologic modeling, hydrometeorologic forecast system design, and data analysis. He spent 11 years at the Hydrologic Research Laboratory of the National Weather Service where he developed and implemented components of real-time operational hydrometeorological monitoring and forecasting systems. Dr. Brazil's experience in water management has included technical assistance in forecasting water availability in more than 20 countries for operational purposes such as irrigation management, hydropower production, and water supply using a variety of software systems. Applications of his work also have included use of hydrometeorological forecast information for flood mapping and emergency response and preparedness. Dr. Brazil has 30 years of experience and has published over 40 papers in his areas of expertise. Dr. Brazil received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering/Water Resources from Colorado State Universit
