MedAssets Inc.

John Rutherford has served as one of our directors and has served as a member of the Compensation Committee (now the Compensation, Governance and Nominating Committee) of the Board of Directors since August of 1999. From 1998 to the present, Mr. Rutherford has served as a Managing Partner of Parthenon Capital, a private equity investment firm. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Rutherford was the Chairman of the Parthenon Group, a consulting firm. A native of Wellington, New Zealand, Mr. Rutherford holds a B.E. (1st Class Honors) degree from the University of Canterbury, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Howard Deichen has served as Executive Vice President since 2000. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Deichen served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Paradigm Health Corporation, a private company providing disease state management for complex medical events including catastrophic injury and extreme low birth-weight neonates. From 1987 to 1993, Mr. Deichen served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kinetic Concepts Inc., the nation's largest specialty bed and medical equipment company. Mr. Deichen helped lead Kinetic Concepts Initial Public Offering in 1988. Mr. Deichen holds a MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and received his BA of Economics from Carleton College in Northfield MN, in 1975.

Jonathan H. Glenn has served as our Chief Legal and Administrative Officer since March of 2000. From 1998 until joining MedAssets, Mr. Glenn was a principal of The Vine Group, LLC, a business consulting firm concentrating on healthcare and information technology. From 1994 until March 1997, Mr. Glenn served as Vice President and General Counsel of TheraTx, Inc. Mr. Glenn received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Nick Sears, M.D. serves as Chief Medical Officer for MedAssets, Inc. Dr. Sears joined MedAssets through Aspen Healthcare Metrics as Senior Vice President of Clinical Services in 2004. Dr. Sears is a Board Certified Cardiovascular Surgeon with more than 20 years of experience as a cardiothoracic surgeon and physician executive. He practiced Cardiovascular and Thoracic surgery for 12 years in both the private and academic settings. He served as Vice-chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery and Vice-chief of Surgery at Tampa General Hospital, and as Co-Director of the Cardiac Transplant Program. He also held the position of Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Sears has an extensive background in the healthcare consulting industry. He is recognized for being a catalyst for instituting and managing improvement in patient care and clinical outcomes, medical staff governance and operations issues and improved financial performance in healthcare organizations.

Randall B. Sparkman has over 23 years of experience in the Information Technology field, most of those years in Healthcare. He served as Vice President of Information Systems for MedAssets Supply Chain Systems since 1989, and was recently named Chief Information and Technical Officer for MedAssets, Inc. While with MedAssets, Randy and his staff have been responsible for developing several systems and technologies that give MedAssets its niche in electronics, including the industry leading CDQuick e-catalog. In his current role as MedAssets, Randy is responsible for shaping the technology and direction of all information technology initiatives. Randy began his computer career in 1981 as Vice President of Software Development at Cape Computer Service, Inc. where he specialized in the design and development of custom PC systems. He graduated magna cum laude from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with an emphasis on business system development.

Rand Ballard serves as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Officer for MedAssets, Inc. His responsibilities include developing leadership, training, and accountability for all the various functions for MedAssets businesses. Prior to joining MedAssets, Rand's most recent experience was at Cardinal Healthcare. He was accountable for implementing contracts with subsequent annual sales of $1.6 Billion. Mr. Ballard holds an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University with a triple major in finance, operations, and marketing. Rand was a deans' list undergraduate at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with concentration in nuclear physics, nuclear engineering, and business law. In addition to his position at MedAssets, Rand serves as Chairman of the Board of the Meals on Wheels Association of America Foundation, Chair of Healthcare Industry Group Purchasing Association (HIGPA), and is Vice President of Health Careers Foundation, a non-profit organization addressing the employment needs of our returning veterans, under the Hire Heroes USA program.

Allen is President, Customer Development & Sales, for MedAssets' Revenue Cycle Management Segment. Allen joined MedAssets (OSI) in 1996 as Owner, Principal and Executive Vice President. Prior to MedAssets, Allen was Executive Vice President Sales and CEO for Transcend Services, Inc., a Medical Records outsourcing company, from 1992 to 1996. From 1980 to 1992, Allen held various positions within HBOC, Inc., now McKesson. In his last two positions, he served as Senior Vice President International Business Development, and President, Medical Systems Support. Allen graduated from the University of Georgia in 1980 with a BBA in Finance and a minor concentration in Computer Science.

Amy Dotson-Sebero joined MedAssets Net Revenue Systems in 1993 as a Client Service Executive. Prior to joining MedAssets Net Revenue Systems, Amy was an auditor (CPA) and consultant with Ernst & Young in the Jacksonville and Miami offices from 1984-1993. Amy specialized in healthcare auditing and consulting and assisted in the development of the Firm's rate modeling software. Amy is an active participant with the Healthcare Roundtable and has been a speaker and author for the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of North Florida.

Brian Kelly is the President of Waverly Partners, Inc. He is also a Director of Berkshire Manufactured Products, Inc. and National Manufacturing Co., Inc., two specialty metal manufacturing companies serving the aerospace, electronics and medical industries. Prior to starting Waverly in 1994, Mr. Kelly was President of Fitchburg Coated Products, a manufacturer of specialty coated papers and a winner of the USA Today National Quality Award. From 1984 to 1989, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Technographics, Inc. Mr. Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant, received an AB in Political Science from Providence College and an MBA from McGill University.

Chip Halverson joined MedAssets in June 1999. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Halverson served as the Corporate Senior Vice President of Comdisco. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Halverson was the President of Comdisco Healthcare Group, a subsidiary of Comdisco providing lease financing and refurbished equipment on a worldwide basis to the diagnostic imaging market. From 1984 through 1992, Mr. Halverson held various marketing and management positions with Comdisco. Mr. Halverson holds an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.

David joined MedAssets in 1996. David leads the sales and customer development organization and is also very involved in tactical and strategic product planning. David has 25 years of healthcare consulting and decision support experience. David has been the executive-in-charge of over 300 chargemaster projects including a large number of corporate chargemaster standardization projects. David is a regular speaker on supply chain and revenue cycle management issues at industry conferences such as HIMSS and HFMA. Prior to joining MedAssets Net Revenue Systems, David was an executive in various capacities with HBO and Company (now McKesson Provider Technologies). David has an Economics Degree with honors from Davidson College in Davidson, NC.

Gary Johnson joined MedAssets on April 1, 2002. In his most recent position prior to MedAssets, Gary was General Manager, Global Trade Marketing for Kimberly Clark's Health Care division, where he was responsible for driving GPO Contract penetration and building a unique value proposition to integrated delivery networks. Gary holds a Bachelor of Administration Honors Degree in Marketing.

Prior to joining MedAssets as Senior Vice President in 2005, Jackie Hodges served as CEO of Med-Data Management, Inc., a national healthcare software firm complemented by legacy healthcare reimbursement, regulatory and revenue cycle consulting services. Ms. Hodges possesses over twenty-four years of experience in senior hospital administration and healthcare consulting, including COO and HIM Director positions. She holds a M.B.A. from Tulane University and a B.S. degree in Health Information Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Jackie's expertise includes revenue cycle projects, corporate standardization projects, corporate compliance, and regulatory and reimbursement issues. She has also served as an expert legal witness in legal cases related to healthcare compliance and documentation issues. Recognized as a Distinguished Speaker by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and an HFMA Helen Yerger/L. Van Seawell Best Article Award winner for her HFM magazine feature article "Effective Claims Denial Management Enhances Revenue," Jackie is a highly sought after speaker on national, regional and state levels on a myriad of healthcare issues spanning Reimbursement, Denials/Remittance Management, Accreditation and Licensing, Third Party Payer Integration, and Fraud/Abuse Compliance. She also contributes articles to healthcare publications including HFM Magazine, CCH's Healthcare Compliance Letter, Ingenix Publishing's Ambulatory Coding and Payment Report and various HFMA chapter newsletters.

Kate Banks joined MedAssets Net Revenue Systems in 1997 as the Vice President of Operations and in 2003 became Senior Vice President. Kate is responsible for the MedAssets Net Revenue Systems' suite of products and supporting content and has managed many complex revenue cycle projects. Prior to joining MedAssets, Kate was Vice President of Product Management and Quality Assurance at Sales Technologies. Kate graduated magna cum laude from Randolph-Macon Woman's College and earned an MBA from Georgia State University.

Mark Hess is our Western Zone Vice President, Corporate Sales and IDN Strategies. This new position, created and effective July 16th, 2001, has P & L responsibility for sales activities along with the Corporate Sales Team. Hired in May/2000, Mark's focus was to develop the MedAssets IDN sales and strategy. Prior to MedAssets, Mark capped a 25-year career with Allegiance Healthcare in a variety of management and sales positions. He completed his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University.

Neil Hunn joined MedAssets as Vice President of Business Development in October 2001 and was named Senior Vice President of Business Development in 2005. Later, Mr. Hunn served as President, MedAssets Net Revenue Systems. Mr. Hunn became the Chief Financial Officer in the second quarter, 2007. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Hunn was the Segment Executive for Professional Services and Director of Business Development for CMGI where he oversaw the operations of CMGI's professional services division, Tallan. Prior to his duties as Segment Executive, Mr. Hunn lead the corporate and merger strategy for several CMGI business units. Before CMGI, Mr. Hunn worked for both The Parthenon Group and Deloitte Consulting where he worked on strategic growth as well as corporate turn- round strategies in technology, retail, and hospitality industries. Mr. Hunn received his MBA from Harvard University in 1998 and graduated summa cum laude from Miami University (Ohio) with degrees in Finance and Accountancy.

Scott Gressett has served as our Chief Accounting Officer since June 2007. Mr. Gressett joined MedAssets at its founding as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller and was named Senior Vice President of Finance in October 2004. From 1995 until June 1999, Mr. Gressett held Controller positions with companies in the manufacturing and family entertainment industries. In addition, Mr. Gressett has previously worked for Ernst & Young, LLP serving clients in the healthcare and manufacturing industries. Mr. Gressett is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a degree in Accounting.

Andrea Fish, Vice President, Sales. Andrea joined MedAssets Net Revenue Systems in 1997. Prior, Andrea worked at The Children's Heart Center in the areas of Risk and Quality Management, and Clinical Research and Development. Andrea formerly held the position of Senior Financial Consultant for three years at MedAssets Net Revenue Systems. Andrea graduated with a Bachelor of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Health Administration from Mercer University. Andrea has served as Financial Consultant and/or Client Executive on hundreds of projects with MedAssets.

Prior to joining MedAssets Analytical Systems, Angela served as Vice-President for Operations at Inobis where she led and directed all client management, technical and clinical activities and staff. Joining Inobis shortly after its inception, Angela has contributed to data management and analysis engagements for several hundred facilities. Her areas of responsibility have included content development, categorization design, scheduling and process improvement and implementation. In addition to her healthcare supply chain experience, Angela has a background in emergency healthcare and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee.

Charles Kirkpatrick serves as Regional Vice President of the Western Zone. Prior to this position, Charles as also held positions as Vice President, Sales and Director, Alternate Healthcare with MedAssets Supply Chain Systems. Before joining the company, Charles was the Director of Logistics for Shield Healthcare, where he successfully moved the company into new headquarters and combined two distribution facilities into one new facility. Charles began his healthcare career in the early eighties with Bergen Brunswig Medical Supply. While with Bergen, he was Director, National Purchasing for Medical Supply Division. As BBMS transitioned from a division of Bergen Brunswig to a free-standing company to their merger with Owens & Minor, he was the Director of Vendor Relations with the marketing department. With Owens, he assumed the role of Divisional Operation Manager.

Dr. Ron Hartmann serves as our Vice President of the Pharmacy Division. A native of Southern California, Ron earned a bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of California, Irvine and his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California. Following his Residency at the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Sciences and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Ron moved to the Washington DC area and helped to develop the pharmacy program at the Washington Hospital Center. Family considerations prompted a move to St. Louis, where Dr. Hartmann began his career at St. John's Mercy Medical Center and the Sisters of Mercy Health System - St. Louis. This change was the beginning of Ron's relationship with MedAssets Supply Chain Systems as a member of MedAssets' Pharmacy Advisory Committee. Ron joined the MedAssets Pharmacy Division in July 2000.

Frank has thirty plus years of experience working in a variety of healthcare settings. Frank has a degree in Business Administration with a focus specifically on healthcare along with thirteen years hospital experience in various staff level positions; ten plus years faith-based group purchasing experience focused in the medical/surgical and alternate site arenas; and seven years MedAssets Supply Chain Systems experience focused primarily on distribution and distributor relationships nationally. Frank's most recent past role within the Contracting Department related to Custom Contracting regarding the expansive IDN commitments MedAssets Supply Chain Systems has achieved in the marketplace. Coordination between the MedAssets Supply Chain Systems Implementation Team at the field level and the negotiating staff at the Contracting level related to the special contracting requirements for each of the IDN partners was a primary function of Frank's most recent role for the MedAssets Supply Chain Systems Contracting Team. Frank is well known for his customer focused service and responsiveness which are hallmarks of his continuing commitment to the healthcare industry.

Gordon Ireland serves as our Vice President of Clinical Pharmacy Services. Along with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland, he also obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree in clinical pharmacy from the University of Minnesota. His professional experience has included community pharmacy, inpatient medicine, critical care, ambulatory care, long term care, family practice, and establishing clinical pharmacy services in various hospitals. His last position was with a community family practice office in Maryland where he managed the medical care of patients with chronic diseases. Gordon has participated in advisory committees, speakers' bureaus, consulted with various pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, long term care facilities, managed care organizations, and colleges, published numerous articles, and presented nationally and internationally on a variety of health care topics.

Jaimie has over fifteen years of health care experience, and previously served as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Pennsylvania and North Carolina. She has been with MedAssets Net Revenue Systems since 1995 and is responsible for the product management of BPI.Net, KnowledgeMaster, and TaskMaster. In addition, Jaimie is responsible for the team of specialists that maintain MedAssets' Knowledgebase data repository as well as the CDM Consulting Services group. During her career with MedAssets Net Revenue Systems, Jaimie has managed several hundred strategic pricing, compliance, and chargemaster standardization projects. Jaimie received Bachelor of Science and Master of Healthcare Administration degrees from the University of North Carolina.

Kevin joined MedAssets in 2007. He was previously Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Avega, and has 23 years of healthcare experience. He has been an active member of both CHIME & HFMA and has spoken at HFMA meetings in Minnesota, Iowa & Texas. His previous employment included Eclipsys (TSI) and HBO (Amherst). He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois and a Master of Management (MBA) from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Kristin Brown, Vice President, currently co-directs the Operations group. In her 7 years with MedAssets Net Revenue Systems, Kristin has served as director of the Standardizations and Structural Re-Engineering department, managed the MedAssets BPI Knowledgemaster Team and has been the project manager of over 170 individual hospital charge master projects. She received her BA summa cum laude from Howard University in 1990. Her background includes seven years of hospital finance and I.S. Systems experience, as well as Compliance and Quality Assurance Development and Education.

Lynn Howard joined MedAssets in December 2000 as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining MedAssets, Lynn was Director of Human Resources for hSupply.com, a hospitality procurement company. From 1993 until 1999, Lynn was Director of Employment for Talus Solutions,a revenue management software development company. Throughout her career, Lynn has been responsible for developing solid human resources programs in rapidly growing companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Shorter College and has achieved the human resources certification distinction of PHR.

Lynne L. Dossey, MPH joined MedAssets Net Revenue Systems as a Regional Vice President based in San Diego, California in November 2003. Lynne's experience in healthcare began in physician practice management in San Diego where she managed a large psychiatric group practice affiliated with Charter Behavioral Health until its financial restructuring. After her time managing psychiatrists and psychologists, she moved to hospital reimbursement and revenue cycle solutions as Vice President of Business Development with Integrated Revenue Management, Inc. (IRM) in Carlsbad, California. During her time with IRM, Lynne helped foster amongst hospitals nationwide, the philosophy of creating an internal revenue management department. Lynne recruited some of the top healthcare talent in the nation to develop and deliver The Denial Management Institute, The Utilization Management Institute and The Coding Group. She also managed the ChargeMaster Institute with Leonard Womack helping over 100 hospitals gain access to the nation's premiere chargemaster education. Lynne received her BA from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and her Master in Public Health in Health Administration from San Diego State University.

Myra Massie serves as Vice President of Corporate Accounts. Myra has been with MedAssets Supply Chain Systems for over 12 years. She began her career at MedAssets as Vice President Laboratory Division and moved to her current position in 1997. Myra, a registered Medical Technologist, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with an emphasis in Medical Technology and Masters degree in Marketing from Lindenwood College in St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to joining MedAssets, Myra worked as a Medical Technologist before joining Daughters of Charity Health System as their Director of Laboratory Services, negotiating contracts and providing consulting services for laboratory operations.

Ned Lehman joined MedAssets Analytical Systems in July, 2005 as its Vice President of Sales for the Western Region. From 1991 until 2002, Ned worked at DeRoyal Industries where he served as Area Manager, Division Manager, and Region Vice President. From 2002 until joining MAS, Ned sold physician revenue cycle software and supply chain technologies to healthcare organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Fort Lewis College and received his MBA from Colorado State University.

Rebecca Haworth, Vice President, Operations, is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and a Master's of Hospital and Health Administration from Xavier University. Her background includes 4 years of hospital administration experience, as well as revenue cycle management. Rebecca has been with MedAssets Net Revenue Systems since 1994 and has managed over 250 chargemaster consulting projects.

Prior to joining MedAssets as a Regional Vice President in 2005, Renee Cambre served as Vice President and Director of Business Development for Med-Data Management, Inc. where she was responsible for leading and managing the Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Client Relations/Consulting Services activities and staff. Ms. Cambre is a healthcare professional with thirteen years experience in the healthcare industry. She has held managerial and professional positions with a leading national managed care organization and a national third-party benefits administration/insurance services provider. Other previous responsibilities included provider contracting, recruitment, participating provider education, and continuous quality improvement activities.Ms. Cambre has also presented educational programs and contributed articles to healthcare professional organizations in several states. Ms. Cambre earned her MBA from Tulane University, where she graduated Beta Gamma Sigma. She also holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.

Ryan Wheeler joined MedAssets in 2005 as the NE Regional Vice President. Mr. Wheeler brings 14 years of revenue cycle, healthcare benchmarking and pharmaceuticals experience to the MedAssets management team. Prior to joining MedAssets, Mr. Wheeler was responsible for new business development and corporate strategy for Craneware, Inc. Previous to his tenure with Craneware, he held the positions of Regional Director of Data and Advisory Services and Director of Healthcare Data Solutions at Ingenix, a division of United Health Group. Mr. Wheeler launched his career in healthcare at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he advanced through various sales, marketing and management positions. Mr. Wheeler graduated with a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He served as a course official during the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympics and Paralympics and has been selected to serve in this capacity for the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turino, Italy.

Vicki has been with Avega for over 16 years where she has held positions in sales, marketing, service, and strategy. Vicki is currently Vice President of Service, responsible for the ongoing management of service operations, client relationship management, and service development. Vicki is responsible for setting the service vision for Avega. Prior to joining Avega, Vicki worked for over five years for Firelands Community Hospital, holding positions as Director of Patient Accounting and Director of Financial Operations. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Education from the University of Toledo and a Master in Business Administration from Ashland University, Ashland, Ohio.

Harris (Terry) Hyman has served as a director and a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors since March of 2005. Mr. Hyman is a Principal of Flexpoint Ford LLC, a private equity firm focused on the healthcare and financial services sectors. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Hyman served as a General Partner of Grotech Capital Group, a private equity firm where he was responsible for the firm's healthcare investment activity. Prior to 2003, Mr. Hyman was a Managing Director of Credit Suisse First Boston, where he served as Co-Head of Healthcare Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Hyman serves on the Board of Directors of United BioSource Corporation and Pelican Life Sciences. Mr. Hyman received a B.S.E. degree, magna cum laude, from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Rob joined Avega in 2005 to lead the human resources organization in support of the company's strategic priorities. Prior to joining Avega, Rob worked at EarthLink where he served in progressively more senior leadership roles in human resources, sustaining the company's explosive growth from a regional Internet company to an established national brand with over five million customers and $1.3 billion in revenues. Rob honed his human resources expertise through previous engagements at Toyota, the world's second largest automaker, and the career management practice at DeRecat & Associates (now Spherion). He has also worked as an independent organization development and executive education consultant. Rob has a Bachelor in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Science in Human Resources & Organization Behavior from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.

Bruce (Toby) Wesson serves as Vice-Chairman of MedAssets Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Wesson is a General Partner of Galen Partners, a venture capital firm. Prior to his association with Galen, Mr. Wesson served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Division of Smith Barney. He currently is a director for Chemtura Corporation, Derma Sciences, Inc., Acura Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and several privately held companies. Mr. Wesson holds a B.A. from Colgate University and a M.B.A. from Columbia Graduate Business School.

Mr. Wegmiller is Chairman Emeritus at Integrated Healthcare Strategies and currently sits on its Board of Advisors. IHStrategies is the nation's leading authority on executive compensation and physician compensation for health care organizations. Mr. Wegmiller brings more than 35 years of experience in health care administration, many spent managing multi-hospital systems. Prior to coming to IH Strategies, he served as Vice Chairman and President of HealthSpan Health Systems Corporation, Minnesota's largest health care network. From 1986 to 1988, Mr. Wegmiller served as a chairman officer of the American Hospital Association, serving in 1987 as the organization's chairman, the highest elected office. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), a member of the American Hospital Association (AHA), and has served on the boards of numerous publicly held corporations over the past 20 years. Mr. Wegmiller received both his Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of Minnesota.

James C. Crews retired on May 1, 2000 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Banner Health Arizona, a division of the Banner Health System formed in September 1999 as a result of a merger between Samaritan Health System and Lutheran Health Systems. Mr. Crews has spent over 36 years as the Chief Executive Officer of hospitals and integrated health systems in the United States.

Kenneth Bloem's career includes leadership positions at three major academic health centers, developing an active independent domestic and international consulting practice, board directorships of a number of for-profit - private and publicly held - health companies (including CEO of the Advisory Board Company), contributions to health policy development through appointments to university and association fellowships and committees, and experience as an international public health and health services administrator. He is a former Peace Corps Volunteer and staff member (Malawi and Congo), and a graduate of Calvin College and Harvard School of Public Health. He has taught and/or held academic positions at Stanford University, University of Chicago, Harvard and Boston University. He is a recipient of the World Health Organization's "Order of the Bifurcated Needle" award for his contributions to the successful global smallpox eradication program. He was recently a Senior Fellow at Johns Hopkins Center for Civilian Biodefense Strategies. In addition to his current consulting practice, he is a member of the American Hospital Association's Ad Hoc Committee on Payment for Health Services and a board member of the Hamad Medical Corporation, the national health services delivery system for the nation of Qatar.

Mr. Senske's distinguished career in health care management includes wide-ranging expertise in unique health care delivery systems and cost-reduction strategies for hospitals, and has special expertise in hospital operations, health care system development, the supply industry, GPO operations, and start-up health care service company development and operations. Prior to joining Integrated Healthcare Strategies, Mr. Senske served as executive vice president of VHA, Inc. of Irving, Texas. Prior to joining VHA, Inc., Senske was president and chief executive officer of VHA Minnesota and VHA North Central in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He also served 10 years as an operational officer at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota, now a part of the Allina Health System. Marlowe received his master's degree in health administration from the University of Minnesota and his bachelor's degree in business and hospital administration from Minnesota State University and Concordia College of Moorhead. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), a member of the American Hospital Association (AHA), and has served as a board member for numerous local and national health care organizations.

Samantha Burman has served as one of our directors since August of 1999 and has served as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors since January of 2000. From 1998 to 2003, Samantha worked as a Principal and then Partner at Parthenon Capital, a Boston-based private equity investment firm. From 1996 to 1998, Mrs. Burman served as Chief Financial Officer of Physicians Quality Care, a physician practice management firm. She served as an Associate at Bain Capital, a private equity investment firm, from 1993 to 1996. Samantha holds a M. Eng. and B.A. from Cambridge University in England, as well as, an M.B.A. with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Michael D. Bromberg is Chairman of Capitol Health Group, LLC, specializing in healthcare public policy, law and regulation. He is Vice Chairman of the Federation of American Hospitals, where he served for 25 years as Executive Director, and is a member and past president of the National Health Lawyers Association. He has written numerous articles on healthcare policy reform and the hospital industry.
