Perry A. Sook formed our predecessor in 1996. Since our inception, Mr. Sook has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and as a Director. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Sook was a principal of Superior Communications Group, Inc. Adrian Giuhat joined Nexstar in June 2008 as Senior Vice President/Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In his current role, Mr. Giuhat has oversight responsibility for Nexstar IT infrastructure, eMedia application development and technology evolution. Prior to joining Nexstar, Mr. Giuhat was the co-founder and CTO of AvantGuard Technologies, from 2003 to 2008, a software development company focused on web application development and deployment, video integration and delivery, printing marketing, collaboration applications used in pre-sales and advertising. Prior to that time, Mr. Giuhat served as the SVP Engineering of Digital Generation Systems, Inc. from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Giuhat held various technology management positions with ADC, DSC-Alcatel, Nortel and Olivetti International. Mr. Giuhat holds a MSC in Computer Science and an MBA, and was a member of the Technology Executive Network Group (TENG) since 2002.

Brian Jones became Co-Chief Operating Officer for Nexstar Broadcasting on May 28, 2008. He has operating responsibility for the 27 Nexstar owned or operated television stations located in the states of Texas, Louisiana, Missouri, Arkansas, and Montana as well as all of Nexstar's New Media initiatives. Before that, he served as Senior Vice-President and Regional Manager for Nexstar since 2003. Mr. Jones came to Nexstar from Viacom owned KTVT (CBS) and KTXA (IND) in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas where he was Vice-President & General Manager for seven years. Prior to that, he was Station Manager and held various Sales management positions at KTVT, Sales positions at MMT Sales Inc., KXAS (NBC) Dallas-Fort Worth and News positions at KLBK (CBS) Lubbock, Texas and KXAN (NBC) Austin, Texas. Altogether, he has 27 years of experience in the television industry. Mr. Jones serves as the Chairman of the FOX Affiliates Association Board of Governors and also serves on the board of directors of the Texas Association of Broadcasters. He is a member of the National Association of Broadcasters Small Market Advisory Committee as well as the Southern Methodist University School of Journalism Advisory Committee.

Timothy Busch has served as our Co-Chief Operating Officer since May 28, 2008. In his current role, Mr. Busch has oversight responsibility for the 24 Nexstar owned or operated stations located in the states of New York, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Maryland, and Alabama. Prior to his current position, Mr. Busch served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Nexstar Broadcasting since October 1, 2002. Before that, Mr. Busch served as the Vice President and General Manager of WROC Television (CBS) in Rochester, New York. Prior to joining Nexstar Broadcasting, Mr. Busch was General Sales Manager of the Gannett-owned NBC affiliate in Buffalo, New York from 1993-2000. Previous to that Mr. Busch held various sales management positions at WGRZ TV and at WGR AM and FM radio stations in Buffalo. Mr. Busch has served on various Boards in the Rochester and Buffalo areas as well as the New York State Broadcasting Association and is currently Vice Chair of the CBS Affiliate Board.

Mr. Russell was appointed the company’s Senior Vice President of Station Operations in November 2008. Prior to that, he served as Vice-President of Marketing & Operations since October 2007. In 2004, he was Vice President & General Manager of Nexstar’s KNWA (NBC) and KFTA (FOX) television stations in the Ft. Smith/Fayetteville market. He brings this experience to the corporate level to help lead the continuing evolution of the company to a multi-platform, local content and service provider. He plays a key role in Nexstar’s regional hub strategies. Altogether, Mr. Russell has 20 years of experience in the television industry.

Chris Manson was appointed to the position of Vice President of News in May of 2006. He began his broadcast career with the American Forces Radio and Television Service. He served tours of duty in Japan and Greece. Mr. Manson also served as an Air Force Intelligence Officer assigned to the Strategic Air Command. Mr. Manson’s commercial broadcast experience includes news management positions in Salinas, CA; Wilkes-Barre, PA and Peoria, IL. He has experience as a producer, executive producer and news director. Richard Stolpe has served as our Vice President, Director of Engineering since January 2000. Prior to that time, Mr. Stolpe served as Director of Engineering from 1998 to 2000. Geoff Armstrong became a Director in November 2003. Mr. Armstrong is Chief Executive Officer of 310 Partners, a private investment firm. From March 1999 through September 2000, Mr. Armstrong was the Chief Financial Officer of AMFM, Inc., which was publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange until it was purchased by Clear Channel Communications in September 2000. From June 1998 to February 1999, Mr. Armstrong was Chief Operating Officer and a director of Capstar Broadcasting Corporation, which merged with AMFM, Inc. in July 1999. Mr. Armstrong was a founder of SFX Broadcasting, which went public in 1993, and subsequently served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and a director until the company was sold in 1998 to AMFM. Mr. Armstrong has served as a director and the chairman of the audit committee of Radio One, Inc. since June 2001 and May 2002, respectively.

I. Martin Pompadur became a Director in November 2003. In June of 1998, Mr. Pompadur joined News Corporation as Executive Vice President of News Corporation.
