CEO and President of Philfortune Group. He is a seasoned network engineer with more than nine years of extensive experience in network engineering, infrastructure design and implementation. He is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer, Cisco Network Engineer, and Systems Security Certification Practitioner. He worked with the US Department of Defense as Network, Security and System contractor. Spearheading ELUMBA IT & MULTIMEDIA SOLUTIONS, his area of specialization is with Health Care Institutions. He is a consultant to many Home Health Agencies and Medical Facilities all across the US, delivering to them his expertise in Network System and various Information Technology & Multimedia Services. He has worked with the US Department of Defense as Network, Security and System contractor, a solid proof of his knowledge and expertise in the field of Information Technology.

Alan J. Dilworth is a Chartered Accountant and corporate director. He is a director and chair of the audit committee of Medical Facilities Corporation. Previously, he served as a director and audit committee member of IGM Financial Inc., Mackenzie Financial Corporation and a director and audit committee chair of Mackenzie Investment Management Inc. Mr. Dilworth was a partner of Deloitte & Touche, Chartered Accountants, from 1963 until retiring from active practice in 1995. He was appointed as Senior Counsel to Deloitte & Touche following service as the firm's Chairman and as a member of its Board of Directors from 1972 to 1992. In his public accounting career, he provided a variety of professional services, serving major corporate clients in the financial, real estate and telecommunications sectors. While in public accounting, Mr. Dilworth was active in serving business, government and his profession in various capacities: Member and Chairman of the Financial Disclosure Advisory Board of the Ontario Securities Commission; Member and Chairman of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants' Accounting Research Committee; Chairman of the CICA's Study Group on Financial Sector Reform; Vice-Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Comprehensive Audit Foundation; Member of the Advisory Committee of the Auditor General of Canada; Member of the Public Accountants Council of Ontario. He was elected a "Fellow" of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1976. In 2007, he graduated from the Directors College Audit Committee Programe. He has served on a number of NPO boards and is chairman of St. Michael's Hospital (Toronto) Research Institute Inc.

Mr. Cerrone became Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Retirement REIT on November 10, 2004. Prior to that he was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, of Retirement REIT. Mr. Cerrone joined Retirement REIT on April 30, 2002 on the closing of acquisition of CPL REIT. Mr. Cerrone was Vice-President, Legal Services of CPL REIT from October 1998 to April 30, 2002.

Senator Irving R. Gerstein has been a director of the Company since October 2004. Mr. Gerstein is a retired executive. He is a director of Economic Investment Trust Limited, and previously served as a director of other public issuers, including CTV Inc., Traders Group Limited, Guaranty Trust Company of Canada, Confederation Life Insurance Company and Scott's Hospitality Inc., and as an officer and director of Peoples Jewellers Limited. Mr. Gerstein is a Member of the Order of Canada and a Member of the Order of Ontario. He is an honorary director of Mount Sinai Hospital (Toronto), having previously served as Chairman of the Board, Chairman Emeritus and a director over a period of twenty-five years, and is currently a member of its Research Committee. Mr. Gerstein received his BSc. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School of Finance and Commerce).
