George E. Myhal (1956) has served as a director of Imagine since its inception in 2000. Mr. Myhal is Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Imagine's parent company, Brookfield Asset Management (NYSE: BAM) and has primary responsibility for strategic planning and business development. Mr. Myhal has held a number of senior positions within Brookfield since joining the company in 1981 and has been instrumental in the development and growth of Brookfield's asset management business. He holds directorships in the following public companies: NBS Technologies Inc., MediSolution Ltd., Royal LePage Financial Services Fund and GLP NT Corporation. Mr. Myhal is also Chair of the Dean's Advisory Board, Faculty of Applied Science at the University of Toronto, a member of that University's Governing Council and a director of Harbourfront Centre in Toronto, Canada.

Prior to joining MediSolution, Luc held various high level management positions such as Director Speech Attendant R&D for ScanSoft , Vice-President R&D for LocusDialog and Vice-President Speech Solutions Engineering at InfoSpace. Mr Gagnon has published many articles and has given many conference talks throughout his career in the high technology industry.

En tant que veteran au sein de l'industrie, Bill apporte plus de 25 ans d'experience en gestion des ventes et du marketing acquise au sein de plusieurs compagnies qui dominent le marche de la technologie et du logiciel, y compris Hewlett Packard Canada, Compaq Canada et Honeywell. Il a recemment occupe le poste de directeur des services publics chez Sapient Canada, dans le cadre duquel il a deploye la strategie de Sapient, et il a dirige les ventes initiales dans le marche du secteur public. Bill est directeur de l'Association canadienne de la technologie de l'information (ACTI) pour l'Ontario et il est un membre actif du forum CIO de l'Universite Queen's. Il a aussi ete membre du conseil d'administration de HealthLink et membre du Management and Economics Business Advisory Board de l'Universite de Toronto.

Mr. Jeffrey M. Blidner has served as a director since May 15, 2003. Mr. Blidner has served as a managing partner of Brascan Corporation (NYSE/TSX:BNN) since February 2002 where he is responsible for asset management activities and strategic initiatives. He served as the Vice Chairman of Brascan Financial Corporation since October 2002 where he is responsible for merchant banking and asset management activities. From 1980 to February 2002, he was a senior partner at Goodman and Carr LLP, a Toronto law firm. Mr. Blidner serves on the Board of Directors of Brascan Financial Corporation, Teknion Corporation and MediSolution Ltd. Mr. Blidner is a member of the Safety, Health and Environmental Committee for Teknion Corporation.

Mr. Osten co-founded PC DOCS Group International, a TSX and Nasdaq listed company, and served as its CEO until the sale of the company in 1999. PC DOCS Group was a global company and one of the world's leading providers of document management and practice management software. PC DOCS achieved revenues of $200M with customers in North America, South America, Europe, Australia and the Far East. The Company's customers include Fortune 1000 companies, financial institutions, healthcare providers, manufacturing, consumer products, communications and pharmaceutical companies, utilities, government agencies, the legal industry, and accounting and other professions. From January 2000 until February 2003, at which time the company was sold, Mr. Osten was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cowboy Corp., a provider of customer relationship management software for the automotive industry. Mr. Osten was also, until the sale of the company, a director of Spectra Securities Software Inc., a provider of software to the financial services industry focused on wealth management. Currently Mr. Osten is President and CEO of Raspberry Investments Corp., an investment and consulting firm. Mr. Osten is also a director of MediSolution Ltd. (TSX Listed), a leading provider of healthcare information technology to the healthcare industry and Dexit (TSX Listed) a provider of electronic payment facilitation services for micro payments. He is also a director and advisor to a number of private companies as well as a member of the Board of Governors of Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. Mr. Osten is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
