Mr. Rosenkrantz, 46, has been involved in the investment banking industry for over 15 years. He initially joined Capital Canada Limited in 1986 and became a partner in 1990. In 1993 he formed Patica Corporation with David Prussky. At present, Mr. Rosenkrantz holds the following positions: Chairman of the Board of Versent Inc.; Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of IMI International Medical Innovations Inc. (TSX:IMI, AMEX:IME); Chairman of the Board of Stellar Healthcare Inc. (TSXV:SLX); Director of RAS Completions Inc.; and Trustee of Carfinco Income Fund (TSXV:CFN.UN). Mr. Rosenkrantz has broad knowledge of both private and public capital markets. His strengths include financial modeling, negotiations with lenders, and business negotiations.

Mr. O'Donnell has over 40 years experience in business that have included leadership roles in the brokerage, mutual fund and investment management arenas at both the institutional and retail level. Prior to founding O'Donnell Capital Group, Mr. O'Donnell was founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of O'Donnell Investment Management Corp. ("OIMC"). OIMC was launched in December 1995 and within one year had attracted over $1 billion in assets under management. Mr. O'Donnell took OIMC public 18 months after its launch in a successful initial public offering on the TSX. In June 1999, Mr. O'Donnell oversaw the successful sale of OIMC for over $80 million. Prior to launching his own mutual fund company, Mr. O'Donnell was President and one of the founders of Mackenzie Financial Corporation ("MFC"). Mr. O'Donnell was instrumental in building MFC's asset base from less than $10 million to many billions of dollars during his 20 years with MFC. When Mr. O'Donnell retired from MFC in 1993, he left one of the largest mutual fund companies in Canada. Mr. O'Donnell expanded MFC into the United States, setting up Mackenzie Investment Management Inc., which was subsequently taken public. Mr. O'Donnell also moved MFC into the Canadian trust industry with Mackenzie Trust Company. Mr. O'Donnell received the 2002 Canadian Investment Career Achievement Award. Mr. O'Donnell is an innovator who was involved in developing and pioneering several key features used in Canadian mutual funds today, including 'back-end load' funds, mutual fund limited partnerships and trailer commissions for investment advisors.
