Richard A. Mahoney is the President of MedPlus, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Quest Diagnostics® ; and Vice President, Healthcare Information Solutions for Quest Diagnostics. Prior to joining MedPlus, Mr. Mahoney was president of a company that provided financing for hospitals and related organizations. MedPlus was acquired by Quest Diagnostics in November 2001. Mr. Mahoney was also the Founder and Chairman of two Inc 500 companies. Mr. Mahoney has an impressive history including: President, Commercial Capital Corporation; Vice President, Franchising & Business Development - Sisters Chicken & Biscuits; Vice President, Kidder Peabody; Merrill Lynch. Mr. Mahoney has extensive healthcare experience in the areas of strategic planning, marketing, and financing. In addition, he has lectured on subjects such as managed care, capitation, integrated provider networks, computer-based patient record systems, and regional healthcare alliances. He is a current member of the advisory committee to the eHealth Initiative and a member of ACLA. Mr. Mahoney also served as a member of CHIME (College of Health Information Management Executives) Mr. Mahoney is a member of the Leadership Circle for the Cincinnati Chapter of the United Way. He is also a Special Advisor to the Miami (Ohio) University School of Entrepreneurship. Mr. Mahoney is a graduate of Cleveland State University.

Daniel R. Hackett is the Vice President and General Counsel for MedPlus and oversees all legal matters for the company. He joined MedPlus in 2001 after 13 years in private practice, most recently for the national law firm of Arter & Hadden, LLP. His practice was concentrated in the corporate transaction area, with a special emphasis on healthcare related acquisitions, divestitures and joint venture formations. Mr. Hackett received his BS degree from the University of Notre Dame and his JD degree from The Ohio State University College of Law. In addition, he is a non-practicing certified public accountant.

James Wright has been with MedPlus for 4 years and is the Vice President of Business Development for MedPlus. He previously served as Director of Physician IT Solutions at MedPlus and Director of National Strategic Sales at Quest Diagnostics (MedPlus' parent company). Mr. Wright has over 20 years healthcare experience and was previously Vice President of Sales and owner of AnaltyiTox, a toxicology laboratory in Denver. In 2000, Mr. Wright was Vice President of Corporate Development at Agilera (an ASP provider) responsible for developing alliance relationships with major ERP software companies. Mr. Wright is a thought leader in the areas of clinical decision management, clinical data repository, and physician portal applications. He has extensive experience in healthcare application solutions and executive management, including startups to Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Mr. Wright is a trusted advisor to several IPA organizations, payer organizations, provider networks and Community Health Initiatives on the subject of EHR solutions and clinical transaction management. Mr. Wright received his BS degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.

Dr. Patrick A. Tellez currently serves as Vice President of Medical Affairs for MedPlus. Dr. Tellez brings broad medical and executive experience from leadership roles from both the payor and provider perspectives of healthcare. He is engaged in the advancement of health information technology and medical informatics supporting the business and clinical needs of physicians in practice. Dr. Tellez is a member of the Cincinnati Academy of Medicine, Ohio State Medical Association, American Medical Association, International Society of Disease Surveillance and the Association of Medical Directors of Information Systems. In addition, he is a member of the Clinical Advisory Group of the National Alliance for Healthcare Information Technology and the Health Information Technology Committee of the Disease Management Association of America. Dr. Tellez graduated from University of Minnesota School of Medicine; is boarded in Pediatrics and in Immunology & Allergy. Dr. Tellez holds a Masters in Public Health from UCLA and Master of Science in Health Administration from University of Colorado.

Paul F. Albrecht joined MedPlus in May 1994 as the Director of Electronic Patient Record System Development. In 2002, he was named Vice President of Professional Services and oversees ChartMaxx service areas including project management, training, installation, integration and customer support. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Albrecht was Director of the Platform Development Center for Cincinnati Bell Information Systems and oversaw the development of distributed client/server systems and object oriented development tools and frameworks. Prior to that, Mr. Albrecht was a software engineer and technical manager at AT&T Bell Labs. While at AT&T Bell Labs, he led the development of a healthcare clinical information system and developed core technology for the UNIX operating system. Mr. Albrecht has published technical articles on programming languages, UNIX, neural networks and healthcare applications. Mr. Albrecht received his BA degree in Math and Computer Science from St. Mary's College in Winona, MN and a Masters of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California - Berkeley.

Rohit Nayak has been with MedPlus for 3 years and is the Vice President of Sales for the Care360 Clinical Information Solutions group at MedPlus, the healthcare information technology subsidiary of Quest Diagnostics. Prior to this role, Mr. Nayak was the co-founder and CEO of RxMadeSimple, the ePrescribing technology solution now integrated into the Care360 solution offering. Mr. Nayak has a driving passion for improving the adoption of technology in a physician practice setting. Mr. Nayak's previous background includes executive management positions at Information Management Consultants, Inc, a leading business and technology innovator based in the Washington D.C. area. Specifically, Mr. Nayak provided corporate leadership and strategic direction for the launching and deployment of three specific solution platforms over a short time span. As a part of this experience, he assisted a Fortune 50 organization with their technology standardization process associated with their Center of Excellence initiative. Mr. Nayak is a frequent speaker and contributor at several industry and technology journals and forums nationally and internationally, including the Medical Records Institute, MGMA, the Association of Image and Information Management (AIIM), HIMSS and others. Most recently, Mr. Nayak participated as guest panelist at the NCVHS ePrescribing standards development forum. Mr. Nayak also participates in specific NCPDP standards forums and services as an expert panelist in other standards forums. In addition, he contributes as a guest lecturer at the University of Cincinnati MBA program. Mr. Nayak has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bangalore, India. In addition, he is a graduate of the MBA program at the University of Nebraska.
