Steve Mengert is Chief Financial Officer of MedSolutions, overseeing all financial planning and management aspects of the company. Previously, Mr. Mengert served as the CFO for Matria Healthcare. He was also a partner with Tatum CFO Partners, LLP, and served as Chief Financial Officer of Tatum client companies in the technology and healthcare sectors. Previously, he held similar positions with Pediatric Services of America, Rehability Corp., Charter Medical Corp., and Union Carbide. Mr. Mengert earned his master?s of business administration and bachelor?s degrees in finance from Georgia State University (1975 and 1972). He is a member of the Financial Executives Institute.

Greg joined MedSolutions in July 2005. He was formerly employed with Electronic Data Systems, having most recently served as Client Delivery Executive, leading one of the most diverse Medicaid programs in the country for the past 6 years. Greg has extensive experience with healthcare operations as well as large-scale systems implementation and client relationship management. He led and supported efforts in EDS' Government Services Group to consolidate data processing and key operational functions as well as identify and define strategic technology. Greg graduated with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Troy State University in 1989. Patrick Dawson joined MedSolutions in December 2000. He previously worked for Magellan Specialty Health of Sunrise, Florida. Patrick has over seven years of managed care experience working with health plans and providers. A native of Massachusetts, Patrick graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ in 1987 with a degree in Business Economics. Sheri Kalenian joined MedSolutions in June 2006 and brings nearly 20 years experience in the managed care industry. She was most recently a contracting and provider relations manager with Great-West Healthcare, where she worked with ancillary service providers that have a national presence. She also held positions within Great-West's claims and customer service departments. Prior to her years with Great-West Healthcare, she was with Aetna (formerly Partners of Colorado) as well as a local Colorado pharmacy benefit management organization. Sheri is an Iowa native and obtained a degree in Music Education before relocating to Colorado. She received a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in economics from Regis University in Denver. Theresa McCarthy-Sayer joined MedSolutions in April 2002 as director of account management. Theresa began her healthcare career in 1991 with Prudential Healthcare, where her experience included managing Customer Service and Marketing Departments in San Antonio and Dallas, Texas. Her last position with Prudential was in Provider Relations where she served as a contract analyst responsible for various ancillary and hospital contracts. Theresa also worked for Theraphysics Corp, a PT/OT, SNF and home health company. At Theraphysics she held positions as national director of contracting, regional director of managed care, and network manager. Theresa holds a BBA in Business Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Sam Havens BA, CLU, JD, Executive Program in Business Administration. Mr. Havens has over 36 years experience in healthcare, most recently serving as President of Group Operations for Prudential. During his term as president, Sam managed $7B in revenue, 16,000 employees while facilitating membership growth to a total of 6million members. Sam spent his early career building Prudential's HMO initiative and in 1985 was responsible for merging the HMO subsidiary into Group operations. Sam currently serves on the boards of Care Management International, Resolution Health Inc., MedSolutions Inc., and the Rhode Island Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Sam Joined the Board at TelaDoc in January of 2006. His expertise, experience and list of significant contacts bring a wealth of resources to the TelaDoc initiative.
