Michael Gray has served as Mellanox's chief financial officer since December 2004. Prior to joining Mellanox, from March 1995 until July 2004, Mr. Gray served in various capacities at SanDisk Corporation, a data storage company, including director of finance from March 1995 to July 1999, vice president of finance from August 1999 to February 2002 and as senior vice president of finance and administration and chief finance officer from March 2002 to July 2004. From July 1990 to February 1995, Mr. Gray served as controller of Consilium, Inc., a systems software development company which was acquired by Applied Materials, Inc. in December 1998. From October 1981 to June 1990, Mr. Gray served in various capacities at ASK Computer Systems, Inc., an ERP solutions provider, including as treasury manager. Mr. Gray holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University, and is an alumnus of the Stanford/AEA Executive Institute Program.

Michael Kagan is a co-founder of Mellanox and has served as CTO since January 2009. Previously, Mr Kagan served as vice president of architecture from May 1999 to December 2008. From August 1983 to April 1999, Mr. Kagan held a number of architecture and design positions at Intel Corporation. While at Intel Corporation, between March 1993 and June 1996, Mr. Kagan managed Pentium MMX design, and between July 1996 to April 1999, he managed the architecture team of the Basic PC product group. Mr. Kagan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Kevin Deierling has over 15 years experience in the design and marketing of system on a chip and mixed signal semiconductors. He is currently VP of Marketing at Mellanox Technologies, and has previously worked at 8x8, Inc., the Motorola/Philips Design Center in Netherlands, Dallas Semiconductor, and Motorola. He was a founder and VP of Engineering of Vidus Inc. (later acquired by 8x8). Kevin holds several patents and is the co-author of a book on BiCMOS design. Kevin holds a BA in Theoretical Physics.

From May 1987 to February 1998, Mr. Ashuri worked at Intel Corporation, where he was a senior staff member in the Pentium processors department and a cache controller group staff member. Yuval Leader has served as Mellanox's vice president of systems solutions since 2000. Thomas Weatherford has served as a member of our board of directors since November 2005. From August 1997 until his retirement in December 2002, Mr. Weatherford served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Business Objects SA, a provider of business intelligence software. Mr. Weatherford also serves on the boards of directors of Advanced Analogic Technologies, Inc., a maker of analog and power semiconductors, SMART Modular Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of memory products, Tesco Corporation, a global provider of technology-based solutions to the upstream energy industry, InfoUSA, Inc., a provider of sales leads, mailing lists, direct marketing, database marketing, e-mail marketing and market research solutions, and several privately held companies. Mr. Weatherford holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston. Mr. Weatherford is located in the United States.
Amal M. Johnson has served on Mellanox's board of directors since October 2006. Ms. Johnson is currently the chief executive officer of MarketTools, Inc., a market research company. Prior to joining MarketTools, Inc., Ms. Johnson was a venture partner of ComVentures, L.P. from April 2004 to March 2005, and Lightspeed Venture Partners, focusing on enterprise software and infrastructure, from March 1999 to March 2004. Previously, Ms. Johnson was president of Baan Supply Chain Solutions from January 1998 to December 1998, an enterprise resource planning, or ERP, software company, president of Baan Affiliates, an ERP software company, from January 1997 to December 1997, and president of Baan Americas, an ERP software company, from October 1994 to December 1996. Prior to that, Ms. Johnson served as president of ASK Manufacturing Systems, an MRP software company, from August 1993 to July 1994 and held executive positions at IBM from 1977 to June 1993. Thomas Weatherford has served as a director since July 2004. Mr. Weatherford served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Business Objects S.A., from September 1997 until his retirement in January 2003. He previously held senior financial positions at NETCOM On-Line Communication Services, Inc., Logitech, Inc., Texas Instruments Incorporated, Schlumberger, and Tandem Computers, Inc. Mr. Weatherford also serves on the boards of directors of Mellanox Technologies, Ltd., Saba Software, Inc., Synplicity, Inc., Tesco Corporation and SMART Modular Technologies. Mr. Weatherford received a B.B.A. from the University of Houston, Texas.
Irwin Federman joined USVP in 1990 as a general partner with significant investment experience: as CEO of Monolithic Memories, he led his firm's investments in successful startups such as Cypress Semiconductor, Xilinx and Altera. During his tenure as CEO from 1978 to 1987, Irwin spearheaded MMI's turnaround from virtual bankruptcy to a $250 million revenue organization. When MMI merged with Advanced Micro Devices, Irwin assumed the post of Vice Chairman of AMD. As former Chairman of the Semiconductor Industry Association and board member of the National Venture Capital Association, Irwin draws on the breadth of his experience to help entrepreneurs consider their options: "Ultimately every decision is made by the management team," says Irwin. "It is rewarding when I can share experience that helps them sort out their alternatives." Irwin was a founding or lead investor in Blue Martini, CheckPoint Software Technologies, Centillium Communications, Crescendo Communications, MMC Networks, NeoMagic, Netro, Nuance Communications, Quick Logic, SanDisk and TelCom Semiconductor. He has led USVP's investments in BeVocal, On24 and Mellanox, among many others. Irwin received a B.S. in Economics from Brooklyn College and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Engineering Science from Santa Clara University. A recipient of the Anti-Defamation League's Torch of Liberty, Irwin is involved with a number of community organizations in San Francisco and on the Peninsula. Irwin and his wife enjoy ballet and opera and support the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.

Former EVP and CFO; Business Objects S.A. Thomas Weatherford joined the Board effective December 24, 2007 in conjunction with the establishment of the Special Committee, filling a newly-created directorship. Mr. Weatherford retired in January 2003 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Business Objects S.A. With over 37 years in the global technology industry, Mr. Weatherford has held senior financial positions at NETCOM On-Line Communication Services, Logitech, Texas Instruments, Schlumberger, and Tandem Computers in the US, Europe, and Japan. He currently serves on the boards of Saba Software, Inc., Synplicity Inc., Tesco Corporation, Advanced Analogic Technologies, SMART Modular Technologies, Mellanox Technologies, and several private companies. In 2003, Mr. Weatherford was instrumental in leading Peregrine Software to emerge from Chapter 11. He has also served as a panelist for The National Association of Corporate Directors, The National Investor Relations Institute, Pillsbury Winthrop/Ernst & Young, and the KPMG Audit Committee Institute. In July 2007, Mr. Weatherford was named by SEC Chairman Christopher Cox to the newly created Federal Advisory Committee on Improvements to Financial Reporting.
Thomas J. Riordan has served as a member of our board of directors since November 2005. Mr. Riordan previously served as a member of our board of directors from February 2003 to February 2005. Mr. Riordan is currently the chief executive officer of Exclara Inc., a fabless semiconductor company, which he joined in August 2006. From August 2000 to December 2004, Mr. Riordan was vice president of the microprocessor division of PMC-Sierra, Inc., a semiconductor company. From August 1991 to August 2000, Mr. Riordan was chief executive officer, president and a member of the board of directors of Quantum Effect Devices, Inc., a semiconductor design company. From February 1985 to June 1991, Mr. Riordan served in various design and managerial roles, most recently as director of research and development at MIPS Computer Systems, Inc., a semiconductor design company. From March 1983 to January 1985, Mr. Riordan served as a design engineer at Weitek Corporation, a semiconductor company. From October 1979 to February 1983, Mr. Riordan was a design engineer at Intel Corporation. Mr. Riordan holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the University of Central Florida and has done post-graduate work in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University. Mr. Riordan also serves on the boards of directors of PLX Technology, Inc., a semiconductor company, and several private companies. Mr. Riordan is located in the United States.
