Eric brings twenty five years of business experience in the areas of finance, accounting, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, business restructurings, corporate strategy and general management. Prior to joining Parklea, Eric was Executive Vice President of Group Telecom Inc. and a member of the executive management team. Eric provided accounting, auditing, related tax and corporate advisory services to large public companies and mid-market private clients. In addition, Eric had significant experience with a large variety of transactions for his clients including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, private and public placements of equity and debt, RTO and IPO transactions, including TSX and SEC registrations. Eric holds a BBM ( Ryerson University ). He is also a Chartered Accountant (Ontario) and Certified General Accountant and has been a Director of a number of public, private and not-for-profit organizations. Eric currently sits on the Board and is Chair of the Audit Committee of Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ESL), is a Trustee and member of the Board of Directors of Menu Foods (TSX:MEW.UN) and is a Director of Keystone North America (TSX:KNA.UN).
