Duane Lankard is the founder and owner of Bank Performance Group Inc. He has over 24 years of experience in the banking and technology industry. Duane is a seasoned banking executive with expertise in commercial and retail lending, bank turnarounds, and loan workouts. As an executive and partner in three separate start-up software companies, Duane was responsible for capital acquisition, strategic planning, sales and developing web based marketing programs. Duane's primary banking and financial training and experience came from over 14 years of agricultural, correspondent, commercial and retail lending experience at Mercantile Bank of Topeka. During that time, he was involved in the workout of over $50 million in problem credits during the agriculture crisis of the mid 1980's. Later in his tenure, he served as Sr. Vice President in charge of Agricultural and Correspondent Banking and the Retail Services divisions of the $200 Million plus Mercantile Bank and served on the bank's management and loan committees. In 1996, Duane founded with two other partners a banking software company named Suntell that specialized in developing loan management and documentation systems for community banks in the U.S. As a founder and Executive Vice President, Duane oversaw the strategic growth of the company by establishing sales and marketing programs, developing strategic partner relationships and creating and implementing training and technical support. Duane spent 3 years with Suntell in launching the company and returned as CEO in December 2005. Today Suntell is installed in over 125 banks in 17 states and provides loan management, imaging and bank loan documents in a single integrated system. After founding Suntell, Duane was CEO of a $40 Million community bank in Kansas and charged with the responsibility of implementing new loan procedures and systems. In less than one year, under his guidance, the OCC upgraded the bank from a #3 to a #2 composite rating. Duane remains on the bank's Board of Directors. Bank Performance Group was formed in 2003 and currently provides loan review and bank consulting services for community banks while providing bank software management services for Suntell. Duane holds a BS degree in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University and a Graduate Banking Degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.

St. Peter School for 3 1/2 years. She attended St. Peter grade school and Quincy Senior High School. She also received her AA degree from Stephens College in Columbia, MO. Before coming to us at St. Peter School Mrs. McFarland was a homemaker for 24 year. She is married to Randy, who is a Senior Vice President at Mercantile Bank. They were married at St. Peter's Church. Jane has 3 children who attended St. Peter School. Currently Max is 32 years old and is a graduate of EMH program that existed at St. Peter School in the past. Joe is 26 and is a graduate from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. He is employed at WGEM as a producer/photographer. Maggie is 23 an EIU Charleston, IL graduate. She teaches 6th,7th, and 8th grade science at Holy Family in Hannibal, MO. Mrs. McFarland currently has 2 frogs and 2 cats. Wilson is a black and white long haired cat while RuRu is a cross-eyed Siamese.

Bill has served on O.E.'s Board of Directors since 2005. He is a Trust Officer and Attorney, and he is presently a Vice President with Mercantile Bank. Bill and his wife reside in Valparaiso with their children.

Kendall L. Spencer joined Mercantile Bank in February 2000 serving as Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking for Mercantile Bank and then Director of Retail Banking for The South Financial Group. He currently serves as President, Mercantile Bank responsible for the Florida Market Presidents and Florida operations. Mr. Spencer has 24 years' experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Mercantile Bank, Mr. Spencer served as Director of Business Banking/Professional and Executive Banking for Barnett Bank, Inc./NationsBank. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of two Barnett Bank affiliate banks. Mr. Spencer serves as an elder for Christ Church, board member for Baptist Health Foundation, and board member and past board President of the Jacksonville Children's Chorus. He has formerly served as Chairman of the Pasco County United Way campaign, Pasco County Salvation Army capital campaign, Pasco County Economic Development Committee, Lake/Sumter Community College Board of Trustees, and March of Dimes Walk America. Mr. Spencer completed the Leadership programs in Jacksonville, Tampa Bay, Lake County, and Alachua County when residing in those communities. Mr. Spencer is a graduate of the University of Delaware, Stonier Graduate School of Banking; Trinity Evangelical Divinity School with a masters degree of divinity; and a bachelor degree in finance from the University of Florida.

Ted T. Awerkamp, age 49, has served as Vice President and Secretary of the Company since 1994, and the President and CEO of MTSB since 2005. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of MTSB from 1993 to 2005. Prior to that time, he served as Assistant Vice President and Vice President of MTSB and as President of Hamilton. Mr. Awerkamp has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and MTSB since 1994.
