Mr. Hult is responsible for the company's finance, treasury, and customer support functions. He has specific expertise within the technology and telecommunications industries and extensive experience in managing acquisitions and overseeing financial operations for companies working in high-growth markets.
Before joining Mercury, Mr. Hult served as chief financial officer, treasurer and senior vice president of operations for NMS Communications, a publicly traded telecommunications systems and data services company. Previously, he was employed by Digital Equipment Corporation for more than two decades in positions of increasing responsibility within the company's corporate and regional finance groups. He served as chief financial officer for Digital's AltaVista Internet Software group and as vice president and general manager of the AltaVista Internet search engine.
Mr. Hult earned a master's degree in business administration from Babson College and a master of science degree and a bachelor of science degree in management science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Mr. Saline joined the company in 2004 and is responsible for human resources strategies and programs. He has more than 34 years of human resources experience with global manufacturing and technology companies, with specific expertise in change management, leadership and team development, and business process improvements.
Mr. Saline began his career with General Electric Company, holding varying assignments in appliances, television, medical system information systems and aircraft businesses. Most recently he served as interim vice president, human resources for Tufts New England Medical Center. He has also served as senior vice president, human resources for World Kitchen, and senior vice president, human resources, North American region for Reckitt Benckiser, Inc. Mr. Saline also held the HR leadership positions with Teledyne, Inc. and Marshalls, Inc.

Mr. Van Adzin is responsible for leading the overall direction and management of Mercury's legal affairs, which encompass corporate governance, securities law, contracts, M&A-related legal work, regulatory matters, intellectual property, international projects, employment law, and outside legal services. Prior to joining Mercury, Mr. Van Adzin was Vice President, General Counsel, Corporation Secretary, and Chief Representative of the China Representative Office at Analogic Corporation, a medical and security technology company, where he directed the company's legal activities, managed its legal department, and played a key role in actively handling a wide variety of legal, transactional, contracting, compliance, and regulatory matters. Previously, Mr. Van Adzin was Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporation Secretary at ManagedComp, Inc., a managed-care company, and Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Abex Corporation, an aerospace and automotive equipment company. He has also worked at the Liberty Mutual Group and at the Boston law firms of Sullivan & Worcester and Gadsby & Hannah. Mr. Van Adzin completed a dual-degree program at Harvard University and Boston University Law School, from which he received M.C.P. and J.D. degrees. He holds a B.A. degree from Columbia University.

Douglas F. Flood, age 50, joined Mercury in 1998, and has served as Vice President, Corporate
Development since that date. Prior to joining Mercury, he was Senior Vice President for business development
and planning at FTP Software, Inc., a provider of connectivity software applications, from 1993 to 1998. Prior to
that, he was an associate at the law firm of Fish & Richardson from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that he was an attorney
at Interactive Data Corp. and at Raytheon Company from 1983 to 1987.
Joel B. Radford, age 43, joined Mercury in 2003, and has served as Vice President, Strategic Marketing and
Alliances since 2005. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Strategic Marketing from 2004 to 2005, and Director,
Strategic Business Development from 2003 to 2004. Prior to joining Mercury, he was an independent strategy
consultant from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, he held several senior executive positions with Firepond, Inc., a
CRM software firm, with responsibility at different times for professional services, strategic planning and
business development, from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, he held various positions, including Senior Manager,
with Ernst & Young Management Consulting from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, he held various positions with
Johnson & Johnson, a provider of healthcare products and services, with responsibility at different times for
marketing, manufacturing engineering and supply chain management, from 1988 to 1994.
Mr. Lima manages Mercury's worldwide Commercial Imaging and Visualization (CIV) Business Unit comprising the Life Sciences Group (LSG) and the Visualization Sciences Group (VSG). He has more than 20 years of experience in medical devices, holding positions in engineering, marketing, business development, and general executive management. Previously, he was chief executive officer of OPSION Medical, and prior to that, vice president and general manager for Kodak's Health Imaging unit in charge of the worldwide hardcopy business. Mr. Lima has also held management positions at Hewlett Packard Medical Products Group and Siemens Medical. He started his career at Johnson & Johnson as a software engineer. Mr. Lima has a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago, a master of science degree in biomedical engineering from Boston University, and a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Gama Filho University (UGF) in Brazil.

Mr. Skalabrin heads Mercury's Advanced Solutions Business, which is developing opportunities in the semiconductor imaging, high throughput airport baggage scanning, laser photomask, and communications computing markets. He joined Mercury in 1991 as an applications engineer for defense electronics applications. As a systems engineer, he led technical business development, and secured new design wins in medical and commercial markets. Mr. Skalabrin was named vice president and general manager of Advanced Solutions Business in November 2001. Prior to Mercury, he worked for the Naval Undersea Warfare Engineering Station in Keyport, Washington developing advanced signal processing solutions. He was also assigned to the Naval Sea Systems Command in Washington, D.C. working on the DARPA-sponsored unmanned undersea vehicle program. Mr. Skalabrin earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Washington State University.

Russ Johnsen is a Director of the Company. Russ Johnsen is CEO of the Occtane Group, a start up company developing a new electronic point of decision advertising media, and President of Delumina, Inc., a strategic technology consulting and investment firm. He is lead outside director of Mercury Computer Systems, Inc., as well as a director of three venture capital backed private companies, including Cubic Wafer. Mr. Chamillard served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Teradyne, Inc., a supplier of automatic test equipment, from 2000 to his retirement in 2006. Mr. Chamillard served as Chief Executive Officer of Teradyne from 1997 to 2004, and as President of Teradyne from 1996 to 2003. Prior to being named as President of Teradyne, Mr. Chamillard served in various executive capacities at Teradyne.
Dr. Wishner has been associated both directly and as a consultant with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) since 1994, and served as Director of its Information Exploitation Office from 2001 through 2002. Mr. Vitto served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc., a research and development laboratory, from 1997 to his retirement in 2006. Prior to that, he spent 32 years of increasing responsibility at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, a research and development laboratory, rising to Assistant Director for Surface Surveillance and Communications. Mr. Vitto also serves as Vice Chairman of the Defense Science Board.
William K. O'Brien has served as a director since November 2008. Mr. O'Brien served as chief executive officer of Enterasys Networks from April 2002 until March 2006, and was named executive chairman of the board in 2004. Prior to Enterasys, Mr. O'Brien worked for over thirty years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he served in a number of roles including chief operating officer of the former Coopers & Lybrand, with responsibility for the audit, tax, and financial advisory components of the U.S. business; managing partner for the Boston office; and deputy chairman in the New York-based National office, responsible for international operations and the development of core competitive competencies. He currently serves on the board of directors of Camp Dresser & McKee and Mercury Computer Systems, Inc.. He is a graduate of Bentley College.
