Bernardo Levy is the Chief Technology Officer and Webmaster for Orrington Strategies, and has over twenty-five years of experience leading large computer engineering efforts. He has developed numerous new products and holds several patents in chip design, PBXs, desktop computers and software. He has led major projects for Burroughs, the Urban Institute, Zenith Data Systems and Tellabs. Bernardo is known for his ability to solve complex problems through innovative approaches and tenacity. Bernardo received his Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and also has a dual Bachelors in Physics and Mathematics from Instituto Technologico, Monterrey, Mexico.

Kieran has over ten years experience in telecommunication systems development with companies including Tecnomen and Tellabs where he worked in a number of key roles including systems analysis, field engineering, customer support, real-time development of signalling & switching systems and specialised software tool development. He holds a MEng in Electronic Engineering from University of Ulster.

Jan H. Suwinski, age 67, who was appointed as a Director in July 1999, has been a Professor of Business Operations at the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University since July 1996. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Suwinski was Executive Vice President, Opto Electronics Group at Corning, Incorporated and Chairman of Siecor, a Siemens/Corning joint venture.
