Eduardo Villegas Contte was appointed to his current position as Administration and Finance Director in 2002. He has a degree in accounting from Buenos Aires University and completed post-graduate studies at J.L Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University (USA). Before joining us in 1994 as finance manager, he worked for Arthur Andersen.

Valeria Soifer was appointed to her current position as Corporate Comptroller in 2003 She has a degree in business administration from Babson College (USA) and post-graduate studies in hydrocarbon commercialization from ITBA University (Buenos Aires). Before joining MetroGAS she worked in Repsol-YPF in the Control and Strategic Planning division.

Enrique Barruti was appointed to his current position as Human Resources Director in 1997. He has more than 20 years of local and international experience in human resources and has worked at Unysis Corporation, Bank of America, Banco Santander and Swift Armour S.A. Argentina before joining us in July 1997. He has also worked as a management consultant and has been a professor at the University of Buenos Aires and Austral University. He holds a degree in economics.

Fernando Aceiro was appointed to his current position as Comercial Director in 1998. He started his career at Alpargatas S.A.I.C. in the production division. He worked for Banco de Galicia in the new businesses department from 1993 until he joined us in October 1998. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Católica Argentina and a master’s degree in business administration from Instituto de Altos Estudios Empresariales.

Juan Pablo Mirazón was appointed to his current position as Internal Auditor Director in 1999. He is an accountant with a degree in business administration. He worked for Arthur Andersen for over ten years in the auditing division and in the management advice division.

Magdalena González Garaño was appointed to her current position as Legal & Regulatory Affairs Director in 2004 and has been Secretary of the Board since 1993. She worked 14 years in Dupont Argentina S.A. as Legal Advisor. Then she was an associate in Cárdenas, Cassagne & Asociados until she joined MetroGAS in 1993 as regulatory affairs manager and became legal affairs management in 1998. She is a lawyer from the Buenos Aires University.

Patricia Carcagno, 44, was appointed to her current position as Operations Director in December 2005. She is Chemical Engineer graduated from the National University of Buenos Aires (Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires). Before being appointed to her current position, she acted as Operations Planning Manager and, in December 1992, before joining MetroGAS, she worked at the New Businesses Directorate from Astra, holding several Commercial Positions.
