Mr. Gale has served as a Director of the Company since June 2004 when the Company appointed him as a Director pursuant to an agreement between the Company and certain holders of the Company s Preferred Stock. He is President of Delta Dividend Group, Inc., an investment firm and an ETP holder on the Archipelago Exchange that invests primarily for its own account in preferred stocks and corporate bonds.
