MetroPCS owns or has access to licenses covering a population of approximately 140 million people in 14 of the top 25 largest metropolitan areas in the United States, including New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Miami, Orlando, Sarasota, Tampa, Atlanta, Dallas, Detroit, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Sacramento. As of December 31, 2007, MetroPCS had approximately 4 million subscribers and offers service in the Miami, Orlando, Sarasota, Tampa, Atlanta, Dallas, Detroit, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Sacramento metropolitan areas. MetroPCS is among the first wireless operators to deploy or use an all-digital network based on third-generation infrastructure and handsets.

Roger D. Linquist co-founded MetroPCS Communications and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of MetroPCS Communications since its inception and its President from inception through June 2007 and Secretary from inception through October 2004. Douglas S. Glen became MetroPCS Communications’ Senior Vice President, Corporate Operations in June 2006. Dean Foods, a publicly traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, is the largest dairy beverage company in the U.S., with sales of approximately $12 billion. Mr. Callahan joined Dean Foods in May 2006. Before joining Dean Foods, Mr. Callahan held a number of positions with PepsiCo and Frito-Lay, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development for PepsiCo, Chief Financial Officer for Frito Lay International, and Senior Vice President of Strategy and Planning for Frito Lay North America. Before joining PepsiCo, Mr. Callahan held various positions at The General Electric Company and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Callahan holds an undergraduate degree from Yale University and an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Joe, retained since 2001 as a Senior Advisor to Key Venture Partners, also currently serves as Chairman of McCullen Capital, LLC ("MCAP"), a family office firm founded the same year. Previously, for 18 years he was a Managing Director at the venture capital firms of Whitney & Co. and OneLiberty Ventures. During this period of time his investments were in communications and information technology. He was a founding investor in such successful companies as TeleCorp, Brooks Fiber Properties, Intermedia Communications, Eastern TeleLogic, MetroNet, NuVox and metroPCS. Earlier in his career he served as a Special Assistant to the President of the U.S., Assistant Secretary of the Navy and acting Secretary of the Navy. Currently he serves on several boards including NuVox, metroPCS, Atlantis Bidding and TeleCorp WCS. Joe holds a Ph.D. (hon.) from his alma mater Villanova University and is a recipient of two Distinguished Service Medals.
