Ching W. Chin has been a member of the Greater Ossining Telelvision Board of Directors since December of 2003. Ching is a resident of Ossining the newest member of the Board of Directors. He is an attorney and brings a wealth of telecommunications and community service background to the Board. He is currently an Associate Counsel with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) in Manhattan. He has been Corporate Counsel for Orion Telecommunications Corporation in New York City, Senior Associate Corporation Counsel for the City of Yonkers, and Adjunct Faculty for New York Law School. He has been in private practice as a Partner at Chin & Chin in New York City and has served as a Law Clerk for United States District Court Judge Marvin Katz in Philadelphia. He was formerly an associate at the Laws Offices of Schulte, Roth & Zabel. Ching is a member of the Town of Ossining Zoning Board of Appeals, and Acting Director of the New York Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors. Mr. Chin holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University. He has published a note on Protecting Employees and Neglecting Technology Assessment, and several articles on Chinese military history.

Jeff Gerlach, Public Outreach Project Manager, brings a technical understanding of the transportation planning process to support a wide range of transportation and transit projects for ASC clients. Jeff implements public outreach strategy, including facilitation of Stakeholder and Advisory Committees, crafting newsletters, websites and other communications that inform, involve and engage communities. He also manages ASC's new survey support division. Jeff works with ASC clients NYC Department of Transportation, North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority, South Western Regional Planning Association, Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the NYS High Speed Rail Coalition. Due to receive his Master's in Urban Planning from Hunter College shortly, Jeff doesn't have much time to relax these days but offer him a ride on a light rail system, and he'll still be first in line.

Marilyn Barney joined IAAP and the NYC Chapter in 2000. She served as Chapter Treasurer from 2001-2003 and is now serving her second term as President-Elect. She is also currently the coordinator of the Inter-County Council ("ICC"), a group of IAAP chapters from the New York metropolitan area that meets quarterly. Since 1999 Marilyn has been employed by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, serving first as a contingent Administrative Assistant in the Training and Development Department, before taking her current permanent position as Principal Executive Secretary for the Grand Central Terminal Development Department. In her position Marilyn coordinates the very active multi-disciplinary department that is responsible for the award winning restoration of Grand Central Terminal, and she provides administrative support to the department director and three other professionals. She also serves a liaison between her department and the many other agencies involved in the restoration and retail development and management of the terminal. Her position at the MTA represents a mid-life career change for Marilyn. Marilyn received her B.A. in music and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology; prior to coming to the MTA she worked for approximately 20 years as a professional social worker and hospice chaplain.

The Supervisor currently serves on the Board of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the South Coast Air Quality Management District. He is involved in countless community and civic activities including the Tournament of Roses Committee, the Glendale Chamber of Commerce, the Los Angeles Zoo Association, and the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home for Retarded Children. He is also a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity, and the Board of Directors for the San Gabriel Valley Council of the Boy Scouts of America. And Presidents Ronald Reagan and George Bush appointed Mike to numerous presidential committees and commissions. As a government/history teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District in 1966, Mike credits his own high school teacher for the inspiration at enter public life and was elected to the Los Angeles Community College Board of Trustees in 1969 and in 1972. He served in the California State Assembly until 1978 and has served the people of Los Angeles County as a member of the Board of Supervisors since 1980.
Robert Harley is an Employee Assistance Program counselor for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, New York City Transit. He has counseled people with HIV and AIDS who are also challenged with substance abuse and mental illness since 1987. Prior to joining the MTA, Robert was the Director of Training for the Addiction, Research and Treatment Corporation (ARTC) in New York City. Robert is a member of the National Black Alcoholism and Addiction Council (NBAC) and National Association of Social Workers (NASW). He is a New York State Certified Social Worker (CSW) and a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). Robert received his Master of Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University. Additionally, he is an Adjunct Professor at Long Island University and New York Technical College.
FRANCIS T. CORCORAN is Executive Vice President at Perimeter Financial Corporation, a financial services firm which strives to improve the efficiency of the financial services industry through superior technology. Prior to joining Perimeter, Mr. Corcoran served as Senior Vice President for Business Development & Equity Order Flow at The American Stock Exchange. Mr. Corcoran has also held executive level positions with various financial/investment firms. Mr. Corcoran served on the Congressional Financial Services Advisory Committee for House Member Sue Kelly and is the Acting Chairman of the Advisory Board to the Inspector General of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Jim Sedore has worked as a partner in Dutchess County public accounting firms for over 30 years. He co-founded Sedore & Company - as Sedore & O'Sullivan - in 1982, and the firm has since grown to include five partners and two locations that serve Dutchess, Putnam, Orange and Ulster Counties.
