Mexoro Minerals Ltd.

Mr. Quiroz has served as a director of the Company since February 20, 2008 and as President of the Company since May 2008. Prior to joining Mexoro Minerals, Mr. Quiroz worked for BHP Billiton for 17 years. In his last position with BHP he was program leader for BHP-Billiton managing all aspects of exploration business in China and prior to that he was the senior project geologist for BHP-Billiton in Australia. He has worked as an exploration geologist, project geologist, project manager and program leader on a variety of projects and mining properties in Mexico, United States, Canada, Central and South America, Australia, China, Mongolia and Kazakhstan. For over 20 years, Mr. Quiroz has overseen the design, management and execution of numerous mineral exploration programs with expertise in planning, contract negotiations, staff training, construction supervision and data interpretation.

Mr. Schafer is currently vice president, Business Development for Hunter Dickinson, a private natural resources corporation. He is also the immediate Past-President of the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America. He is a member of the boards SME and Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. Prior to Mr. Schafer joining Hunter Dickinson in 2004, he was the chief executive officer of two junior exploration companies listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange. From 1996 until 2002, Mr. Schafer was the vice president of Exploration for Kinross Gold. In the 1980s and 1990s Mr. Schafer held senior exploration management positions with BHP World Minerals and Billiton Exploration. In 2002, Mr. Schafer received the AIME William Lawrence Saunders Gold Medal for career achievements and was named Distinguished Member of SME in 2007. Mr. Schafer brings a wealth of operational and exploration knowledge with him having worked in Russia, the Far East, southern Africa, South America and Australia. His expertise includes the structuring and implementation of successful exploration strategies, project reviews, mineral acquisitions and management of local and expatriate exploration teams on a wide variety of cultures. Mr. Schafer completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees in geology and mineral economics at Miami University (Ohio) and the University of Arizona.

Mr. Flores has 30 years experience managing and operating mines in several locations in Mexico. Currently, he is a General Manager for Minefinders Dolores mine, a gold-silver project near Chihuahua, Mexico. Mr. Flores obtained Masters in Science from Colorado School of Mines in Golden Colorado and Bachelors in Science from Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico.
