David J. Wayne is the Vice President of Engineering for MI Technologies, joining the company in August of 2003. Dave brings over twenty years of experience managing the development and production of complex feedback control systems. Dave's career includes many years of service with the Boeing Company (formally Rockwell International), in various engineering and management positions including Director of Engineering for the design and production of Tactical Missile Systems. Dave joined the Avionics Displays Corporation, where he served as the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, Dave served as the Director of Operations for Advanced Control Systems, which provides Supervisory Control and Data Acquisitions systems for Power Utilities. Over his career, Dave has been active in a number of industry and community service organizations, including the Antenna Measurement Techniques Association and National Management Association. He is an active volunteer in his home community and has served as president of his homeowner's association. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, from the University of Cincinnati, and a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ohio State University. He is also a graduate of Rockwell International's Executive Training course as well as various program and functional management courses.

Gary Kendall manages strategic programs and RFID initiates for the Company. He joined MI Technologies in 1998 as Business Manager, Standard Products. Mr. Kendall came to MI Technologies from Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. where he served in a variety of program management positions since 1985.At Scientific-Atlanta, he was Program Manager of the TT&C and Gateway satellite ground station development and construction program for the IridiumTM telecommunications satellite system. Prior to his service at Scientific-Atlanta, Kendall served as engineering manager, program manager and product line manager for the Harris Corporation on a variety of commercial and aerospace programs including business manager of the Laser and Laser Subsystems business area. He began his career with Texas Instruments as a design engineer on airborne infrared imaging projects. Mr. Kendall holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Christian Brothers University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Florida Institute of Technology.

MICHAEL P. MURPHY, PH.D., has served as our Senior Vice-President, Operations since May, 2005. From June 1999 to May 2005, Dr. Murphy served as Director, Laboratory Operations, Regional CMBP Account Executive, and Technical Director of Laboratory Corporation of America. He served as Director of Laboratory Services from 1998 -1999 at Pacific Biometrics, Inc. before returning to the commercial clinical diagnostic laboratory industry. From November 1993 through November 1997, Dr. Murphy was Technical Director for Laboratory Corporation of America. Prior to 1993 he served as Laboratory Director for Eastern Maine Medical Center and Director, Professional Services at Compulab Corporation. His experience includes various environments such as clinical diagnostic, commercial reference, and clinical trial and research laboratories. His areas of expertise include technical and administrative laboratory operations, method standardization and quality assurance, laboratory consultation and support, information systems and laboratory automation. Research and clinical areas of interest include diabetes, infectious diseases, cardiovascular and oncology testing. Dr. Murphy received his B.S. from Xavier University and Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Clinical Chemistry.

Thomas B. Darling was appointed Vice President, Customer Support in November of 2004, based on a company reorganization reuniting the operations and business office portions of this organization into a single business unit. In this role, Tom is responsible for all of our Customer Support activities, including field service support of our many customers world wide, as well as managing our antenna and radome testing services business. In addition to providing traditional repair and calibration services, this group also provides customer test facility probing, characterization and relocation services, range equipment refurbishments and supports new system upgrades and installations. Tom was previously the Vice President of Operations at MI Technologies. He was named to the post in 1998, one year after the Company was formed by acquiring the assets of Scientific-Atlanta Inc.'s microwave instrumentation business. In this role he was responsible for all of our manufacturing and facilities activities, as well as company programs for quality, safety, product regulatory compliance, configuration management and process development. Tom has been professionally associated with engineered products companies for over twenty five years. His management career includes various assignments in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, and Customer Service with Nordson Corporation, BTG Inc, Nimslo 3 D, Alcan Aluminum and Kemet Electronics. At Nordson, a manufacturer of industrial application equipment, he held manufacturing management positions as Factory Manager for three different business groups. He served as Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Operations with BTG, a manufacturer of specialized industrial instrumentation, high pressure steam valves and coating equipment for the paper making and converting industries. In various supervisory technical positions, Tom provided technical support in manufacturing for innovative 3D photographic systems for Nimslo, provided manufacturing facility support for Alcan as Plant Engineer and supported high volume electronic component manufacturing at Kemet Electronics. Tom has been an active supporter of community service organizations. This includes fund raising efforts at MI technologies for the Red Cross (in support of 2005 hurricane victims) and for Project Read, serving as Board Member from 1995-1997 and as Annual Fund Chairman in 1997. A non profit organization local to Atlanta, Project Read provides literacy training for disadvantaged adults. Tom holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has routinely bolstered his background with additional training courses throughout his career involving specific technical topics, product regulatory compliance, safety, modern manufacturing methods and various quality systems.

Dr. Carlo Rizzo is Director, European Operations for MI Technologies, having been appointed to this position in April 2004. Carloas a near-field applications specialist. He subsequently moved to Europe in 1998 as UK Operations manager responsible for technical support, sales and new development.

John M. Ward is Director of Operations and Manager of Mechanical Engineering at MI Technologies having been named to that position December 5, 2008. As Director of Operations, John is responsible for manufacturing, materials, manufacturing assembly and wiring and manufacturing engineering. As Manager of Mechanical Engineering, he is responsible for all mechanical product design and release to manufacturing. John joined the technical staff at MI Technologies in April 2007 as Manager of Mechanical Engineering where his tasks focused on leading the mechanical design of the Company's positioning products and measurement systems. John's career includes 20-years of service in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, production operations and product design with such high technology companies as EMS Technologies, Micromeritics Instruments, Northrop Grumman and Bombardier. John holds a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also holds a patent for his work in the development of new optical and x-ray measurement techniques.

Charles Liang is MI Technologies' Strategic Account Manager for Asia, having been appointed to that position in November, 2008. A member of the MI Technologies technical staff since 2002, Charles joined the Company as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. In 2006 he was named a Program Manager and helped the Company capture and manage key test and measurement projects in the U.S. and Asia. Prior to joining MI Technologies, Charles served in several engineering and management assignments in the Midwest and West Coast that focused on product development, manufacturing, sales and customer support. Charles holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Ohio University, a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chongqing University, China. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio.

James T. Soltys is a Strategic Account Manager at MI Technologies, having joined the company in August 2004. His responsibilities include strategic planning and sales management for selected accounts in North America. Before joining MI Technologies, Jim was with Agilent Technologies (formerly Hewlett-Packard Company) for 23 years in various engineering and management positions. Prior to his time with HP/Agilent, he was with Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, and Control Products Company. Jim has 27 years of experience in the electronic Test & Measurement industry, including microwave ATE and custom test systems for the R&D and Manufacturing environments. He has held positions in design engineering, test engineering and applications engineering, as well as management positions in consulting, business development and marketing. Jim is a member of the Antenna Measurements Techniques Association and is actively involved in the community. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
