Linda J. Barnes joined MIB Group, Inc. as Controller in May 1999. She was promoted to Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in January 2007. Ms. Barnes brings over 25 years experience in accounting, financial systems, business management and operations to MIB. Ms. Barnes joined MIB from Inso Corporation where she was Vice President Financial Systems and prior to that Vice President, Controller for the company. Ms. Barnes began her career as an Internal Auditor with a gas and electric utility in Madison, Wisconsin. Upon moving to Boston in 1982, Ms. Barnes joined Houghton Mifflin Company where she held positions of increasing management and financial reporting responsibility in the Finance and Accounting Systems group. Ms. Barnes later became Vice President and Business Manager for Houghton Mifflin's Software Division, which was ultimately spun-out in an IPO to form Inso Corporation. Ms. Barnes is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin.

Appointed Executive Vice President of MIB Group and MIB, Inc. in June of 2006, Mr. DiAngelo has operational responsibility for MIB, Inc. and its core fraud detection services. Prior to assuming that role, Mr. DiAngelo served as Vice President, Chief Information Officer for MIB Group. During his tenure as Chief Information Officer, Mr. DiAngelo directed the strategic reengineering of MIB's core technology, including the adoption of the industry standard ACORD model for business-to-business communication with customers. His technology team received the prestigious SHARE 2005 Award for Excellence in Technology in recognition of their work. Mr. DiAngelo has also held positions in sales, marketing and product development at MIB. Mr. DiAngelo holds an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College, Waltham, Massachusetts and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Jonathan W. Sager has more than 20 years of experience in life and health insurance regulatory compliance, claims, and insurance company operations. Prior to joining MIB, Mr. Sager served as Counsel to the Health Care Affairs division of Excellus Health Plan, a large regional health plan in New York State; Counsel to the life and health insurance practice group of Hinman Straub, P.C, an Albany, New York law firm; and Senior Counsel, Insurance Operations and Litigation, MONY Life Insurance Company where he also served as Chief Privacy Officer. Mr. Sager is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI), a member of the Association of Life Insurance Counsel, and a member of both the New York State Bar Association and Florida State Bar. Mr. Sager holds a J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia, where he served as Note and Comment Editor for Washington & Lee Law Review, and a B.A. from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York.

Kevin J. Love has several years of strong human resources experience from several industries including financial services, manufacturing, general service, and technology businesses. Mr. Love began his career in a recruiting specialty which transitioned quickly into HR leadership roles with Associates First Capital (now Citigroup), Energetic Solutions (now Orica), and Centex Home Equity Corporation in Dallas, TX. Prior to joining MIB, Mr. Love provided HR leadership to Iron Mountain over the past 7 years in their off-site data protection and technology escrow businesses during growth, acquisition, and integration phases and most recently served as their Director of Benefits at the corporate headquarters in Boston, MA. Mr. Love earned an MBA from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX and a BS in Communication from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX. He has attended several professional HR development programs from SHRM, NEHRA, NEEBC, Cornell University, and is a certified HR professional.

Edward A. Dalto brings over 33 years of MIB experience to this leadership position. His current responsibilities include overseeing Computer Operations, Core and Specialized Production Services, Technical Solutions (HelpDesk), Data Quality, Name Dictionary Administration and Control, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery. After his initial MIB employment as a part-time computer operator in 1971, Edward started his upward progression by learning the computer programming trade. He worked in various departments as a software developer and technical support specialist. Edward honed his MIB products and services technical skills in the Production Systems Control group. During that tenure, he was promoted to Department Manager. In 1998, Mr. Dalto's knowledge of MIB data processing and information technology positioned him to be the candidate selected to fill the position of Computer Operations and Support Director. Just prior to and during that timeframe, he orchestrated a critical and successful business continuance date transition as the MIB Year 2000 Project Manager.

Brian Millman has product management responsibilities for MIB Solutions' Audit Focus product. After starting his MIB career in Systems and Technology in 1994, Mr. Millman worked in various capacities with MIB's database systems and connectivity products including Production System Analyst and Systems Programmer. Immediately prior to his appointment as product manager, Mr. Millman was a Marketing Analyst with MIB Solutions' product development group. He is currently acquiring his M.B.A. from Curry College and holds a B.S. degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He has multiple technology certificates from Bentley College and Northeastern University.
