Mr. Sanghi was named the President of Microchip in August 1990, Chief Executive Officer in October 1991 and the Chairman of the Board of Directors in October 1993. Before joining the Company, Mr. Sanghi was Vice President of Operations at Waferscale Integration, Inc., a semiconductor company, from 1988 to 1990. Mr. Sanghi was employed by Intel Corporation from 1978 to 1988, where he held various positions in management and engineering, the most recent serving as General Manager of Programmable Memory Operations. Mr. Sanghi holds a Masters of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communication from Punjab University, India.

Mr. Parnell has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since May 2000. He served as Vice President, Controller and Treasurer from April 1993 to May 2000. Mr. Parnell holds a finance/accounting qualification with the Association of Certified Accountants from Edinburgh College, Scotland.
Mr. Bjornholt has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since January 2009, and has served as Corporate Secretary since 2003. Ganesh Moorthy has served as Executive Vice President for Microchip Technology Incorporated since October 2006. From November 2001 to October 2006 Mr. Moorthy served as Vice President of the Advanced Microcontroller and Automotive Division (AMAD). Mr. Moorthy holds an M.B.A. in marketing from the National University, Sacramento, Calif.; a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle, Wash.; and a B.S. degree in physics from the University of Bombay, Bombay, India.
Mr. Lambert has served as Vice President, Fab Operations since November 1993. From 1991 to November 1993, he served as Director of Manufacturing Engineering, and from 1988 to 1991, he served as Engineering Manager of Fab Operations. Mr. Lambert holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Mr. Little has served as Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Applications since July 2000. From April 1998 through July 2000, he served as Vice President, Americas Sales. From November 1995 to April 1998, he served as Vice President, Standard Microcontroller and ASSP Division. From September 1993 to November 1995, he served as Vice President, Memory Products and ASSP Division. Mr. Little holds a BSET from United Electronics Institute.
Mr. Simoncic has served as Vice President, Microperipheral Products Division since September 1999. From January 1996 to September 1999, he served as Vice President, Memory and Specialty Products Division. From October of 1995 to January 1996, he served as Vice President of Yield and Manufacturing Engineering. Mr. Simoncic holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.
Mr. Drehobl has served as Vice President of the Security, Microcontroller and Technology Division since July 2001. He has been employed by Microchip Technology since August 1989 and has served as a Vice President of Microchip Technology since February 1997. As a marketing manager for Microchip's memory products, Alex's function is in both strategic and tactical roles when bringing new serial EEPROM products to market. Before joining Microchip, he worked as a hardware and firmware engineer at Motorola, where he designed digital radios and communications systems for the military. Alex has a B.S in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University with a broad experience in engineering, sales and marketing.
As marketing manager for Microchip's memory business, Barry's focus is on defining and marketing new products for the company's serial EEPROM product line. Before joining Microchip, he worked in business development at Intel Corporation where he marketed embedded control products. Barry has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University.
Youbok Lee is a technical staff engineer at Microchip Technology Inc. He has been with Microchip since November of 1997, when he joined the company as a passive RFID device engineer. Currently, Dr. Lee is working on PIC microcontrollers and Microchip's analog and interface products. He has over 20 years of industry experiences in RF, embedded circuits and remote sensing applications. Dr. Lee holds a BS from the Yeungnam University in Korea, an MS from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA, and a Ph.D. from the Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.
Albert J. Hugo-Martinez is a co-founder of PCN Technology, Inc. He has served as the Chairman of PCN Technology, Inc. since April of 2004. Mr. Hugo-Martinez is also a director of Microchip Technology, inc. since October 1990. During 2007, he became Chairman of HVVi Semiconductors, Inc., which is developing a CMOS High Voltage/Frequency RF transistor. In June 2007, Mr. Hugo-Martinez became a member of the Board of Directors of Lynguent, Inc., a supplier of integrated analog and mixed-signal design development products. In his career, Mr. Hugo-Martinez has served as Chief Operating Officer of Burr-Brown Corp., Sr. Vice President and General Manager at TRW, and Chief Executive Officer of Applied Micro Circuits Corporation and GTI Corporation.
