Youbok Lee is a technical staff engineer at Microchip Technology Inc. He has been with Microchip since November of 1997, when he joined the company as a passive RFID device engineer. Albert Hugo-Martinez is a results oriented executive with over 30 years management experience in the electronics industry. He is currently chairman of the board at High Voltage Vertical Innovation, a high voltage frequency transistor company in Phoenix, Ariz. and of Power Control Networks, a power line communication company in San Diego, Calif. In addition, he is chairman of Reaction Design, San Diego, Calif., a software company focused on simulating engine designs as well as optimizing energy consumption by using alternate fuels. Albert is the former CEO of AMCC, GTI Corporation (GGTI) and currently serves on the board of Microchip (MCHP). He has previously served on the boards of ON Semi (ONNN), Amkor manufacturing (AMKR) and as Chairman of Ramtron International (RMTR). Mr. Hugo-Martinez has over 30 years of P&L experience and has negotiated, built, and managed facilities in Scotland and Japan, managed remote facilities in the Philippines and the People's Republic of China, negotiated international strategic alliances, e.g., Plessey (UK), Seiko Epson (Japan), H.P. (US), AMP (US), Read-Rite (US). Albert participated as COO in Burr Brown's (BBRC) IPO, the sale of two divisions of TRW, raised $12 million in venture capital for AMCC, and acquired a fabless semiconductor company. Also for shareholder's benefit, has positioned and sold 3 companies/division of GGTI. Albert has a BSEE from Northern Arizona University, a MSEE from University of Arizona, and a three year MBA in Executive Management from Arizona State University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the UCSD Cancer Center.
