Chris Finke is a senior engineer at Netscape who works on the Netscape.Com user-generated news site and the Netscape 9 browser. He's also the creator of the Mozilla Firefox extensions RSS Ticker and OPML Support.

Eric Mader is a member of the IBM Globalization Center of Competency in San Jose, CA where he works as part of the ICU team. His work on that team includes the ICU LayoutEngine, character set detection and text boundary analysis. Eric has worked on software internationalization since 1980, at Xerox, Apple Computer, Netscape, and IBM.

Now in her sixth year with the company, Laura began working with Dick Jones Communications as a student intern in 1999 while completing her degree at Penn State. She is a contributing editor covering love and relationships for the web portals Netscape and CompuServe (where her advice is regularly featured on the John Tesh national radio show).
