Carl J. Rickertsen has been a member of the Board of Directors of MicroStrategy since October 2002. David W. LaRue, Ph.D. has been a member of the Board of Directors of MicroStrategy since February 2006. Dr. LaRue was a member of the accounting faculty of the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce for twenty-five years prior to his retirement in May 2008.
