Anita Rachu, Operations Compliance Officer, has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including banking, investments, insurance and trust. Anita is currently a full-time student pursuing her bachelor's degree in Business Management.

Joan Steliga, CISR , Trust Officer for the Mid Wisconsin Wealth Management, has 14 years of Insurance experience and earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch in May 2004. She holds a Series 6 Securities license and Insurance licenses through UVEST Financial Services and is a Certified Insurance Service Representative.

Kurt Humke joined Citizens State Bank of Loyal on January 1,2009 as a Compliance Officer/Internal Auditor. Kurt graduated from Greenwood High School in 1983 and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from UW-Stevens Point in 1987. Kurt has worked for the past nine years at Mid-Wisconsin Bank and prior to that at Associated Bank. Kurt's 21 years of banking consisted of consumer, mortgage, commercial and agricultural lending. Kurt is very involved in the community currently serving as the Greenwood Dairy Days Chairperson in addition to singing in the Clark County Male Chorus. Kurt currently resides in Greenwood with his wife, Amy, and their four children, Kassandra, Aarica, Karson and Austen. In his free time he enjoys attending sporting events. MariLee Kelley, CFP, CTFA, Senior Trust Officer, has over 29 years of experience in banking and trust service. She has completed the Cannon Trust School and the American Bankers Association Graduate Trust School. She also holds Series 7, 63 and 66 Securities licenses and Insurance licenses through UVEST Financial Services.

Shonna Kurzinski is a Trust Officer serving as a Wealth Management Consultant. Shonna will offer access to a complete selection of Wealth Management Services and has 24 years of banking and trust experience. Shonna attended Cardinal Stritch University in the Accelerated Business Program. She completed Personal Trust School I & II at the University of Notre Dame through Cannon Financial Institute. Shonna is a member of the Marathon County Estate Planners Forum, Rib Mountain Business Association, is an Ambassador to the Portage County Business Council and participates in programs through the Wausau Regional Chamber.

Fred Lundin, Board Member, has been on the board since December, 2006. Fred has owned and operated Koenig & Lundin, S.C., a firm of Certified Public Accountants in Wausau for the past 31 years. He is a 1971 graduate of the University of Iowa, having earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an accounting major. He received his CPA certification in 1972 and his accreditation as a Business Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts in 1994 and from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2000. Fred is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs, the Board of Directors of the Marathon County Economic Development Council and currently serves as the President of the Wausau Region Chamber of Commerce. He is also active in the Chamber's Business Advocacy Committee and its Small Business Council.
