Mr. Bando is our President and Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Werner is the President of our subsidiaries, Lee Middleton Original Dolls, Inc. and License Products, Inc. The other executive officer of the company is Mr. Bald, age 33, who has been our Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer since 2006; Chief Financial Officer of our consumer products segment since 2004; and Controller of License Products, Inc. since 1999. All of our directors will hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders and until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified. We have no arrangements or understandings with any other person pursuant to which any of our directors have been selected for their respective positions. Messrs. Rusinow and Schosser were appointed in February, 2007 to fill Board vacancies resulting from an increase in the size of the Board from four (4) directors to six (6) directors. They were recommended by the independent directors of the Board.
