Mr. Parker was previously at Regent Capital Partners, L.P., a private investment firm based in New York, where for three years he helped the firm invest in 14 businesses in transactions valued at $350 million. Prior to Regent Capital, Mr. Parker worked in sales and marketing for five years, most recently in Hong Kong for Thomson Financial Services, a leading international provider of financial information, and earlier for the Truesdell Company, a manufacturers' representative of process control instrumentation and fluid power components. Mr. Parker graduated from Yale University (1991) with a B.A. in Electrical Engineering and Economics and received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School (1998). He has been married eight years and has three children.
