Midway Games Inc.

Prior to becoming our CEO and President, Matthew V. Booty served as our Senior Vice President — Worldwide Studios since June 18, 2004. Prior to that, since June 1999 he served our wholly-owned subsidiary, Midway Amusement Games, LLC in various capacities in its product development organization, ultimately being promoted to Vice President — Product Development in June 2002.

Ryan G. O'Desky has been our Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since February 4, 2008. He also serves us as Vice President — Finance, Controller, and Assistant Treasurer since November 9, 2007 and served as Chief Internal Auditor from May 2007 to November 8, 2007. Prior to joining us, from June 2002 until May 2007, Mr. O’Desky served as a Senior Manager of Audit within the Audit and Enterprise Risk Services Division of Deloitte & Touche LLP, a professional services firm. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. O’Desky served as an experienced senior auditor within the Assurance & Business Advisory Department of Arthur Anderson LLP, a professional services firm.

Steven M. Allison joined us as Senior Vice President — Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer on December 22, 2003. Prior to joining us, he was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Atari/ Infogrames, from December 2001 to December 2003. Prior to that, he served as Infogrames’ Vice President of New Business Development and Production Content, from 2000 to December 2001, Vice President of Licensing and Product Planning from 1999 to 2000, and Director of Product Marketing in 1999.

Martin Spiess has served as the Managing Director-Europe of our wholly-owned subsidiary, Midway Games Limited, since May 13, 2005. Prior to joining us, from February 2003 to March 2005 he was Senior Vice President of European marketing at Atari, Inc., a video game publisher and distributor. In his role as Senior Vice President of European marketing at Atari, Mr. Spiess was responsible for developing and implementing pan-European marketing strategies.

Deborah K. Fulton has served as our Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel since January 30, 2002. She served us as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel from May 2000 to January 2002. She was employed by us as Senior Counsel from 1998 until May 2000 and by WMS as Senior Counsel from 1994 to 1998. Formerly, she was employed by the law firm of Gardner Carton & Douglas from 1988 until 1994.

Miguel Iribarren is our Vice President of Publishing. Prior to joining Midway, Mr. Iribarren was a Vice President, Research for Wedbush Morgan Securities. At Wedbush, where he was employed from May 2000 to February 2002, Mr. Iribarren was responsible for research on the interactive entertainment industry. From 1993 to May 2000, Mr. Iribarren was employed by the Atlantic Richfield Corporation, an oil and gas company, in various finance and planning positions, ultimately serving as Manager, Corporate Finance.

With more than 20 years of accomplishments as both an agency and client leader, Dave has helped achieve enterprise growth for companies of all sizes through marketing innovation. He is currently a partner at Zocalo Group, Omnicom Group's only word-of-mouth marketing agency, where his clients include DuPont, State Farm Insurance, Hewlett-Packard and Midway Games. Before joining Zocalo in July 2008, Dave worked for DDB Chicago, where he led that agency's two largest businesses, State Farm and McDonald's. He helped design and craft marketing strategy, brand advertising, interactive communications and direct marketing solutions.

Richard is a game designer and writer who has been working in computer and video game development for more than a decade. Currently he is director of game design at Midway Games, where he consults on a number of next-generation titles. Most recently, he was creative director and writer on the hit action/horror title THE SUFFERING and its sequel, THE SUFFERING: TIES THAT BIND. During his time in the industry, Richard has led the design on a number of games, including CENTIPEDE 3D, DAMAGE INCORPORATED, and ODYSSEY: THE LEGEND OF NEMESIS, as well as contributing to the design on DRAKAN: THE ANCIENTS' GATES. He has written about game design for publications including Game Developer, SIGGRAPH Computer Graphics, Develop, Gamasutra, and Inside Mac Games, and has lectured on game design at the Game Developers Conference and the Electronic Entertainment Expo. Richard's popular and sizable book about game design and development titled Game Design: Theory & Practice was released in an expanded second edition in 2004.

Stephan Martiniere is an internationally renowned Science Fiction and Fantasy Artist. He is also an accomplished concept artist who has worked on movies such as I Robot, Star Wars Episodes 2 & 3, Virus, Red Planet, Sphere, and the Time Machine. As a visual design director for Cyan, Stephan was also responsible for creating and overseeing the look of the games URU, Ages Beyond: Myst as well as its two expansion packs and upcoming title. Stephan is currently the Visual Design Director for Midway Games in Chicago .

Carole Anne Hussey has been a director of the Awassa Children's Project since April 2005. Carole Anne is an attorney with Midway Games Inc. She received her Juris Doctorate from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. in 2002, and her Bachelors degree from The University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana in 1998. Carole Anne has also studied international commerce at the University College Dublin and law at the University of Chicago. Prior to law school, Carole Anne worked for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Carole Anne is a Major in the United States Air Force and has served in the Air Force since 1998.

An authority in information management with over a decade's experience in solutions engineering, Farid Shidfar founded EyeOnPeople to provide a next-generation public knowledge resource for individuals and business alike. As a veteran of Accenture, the world's leading management consulting and technology services company, Farid helped guide web site development and management for diverse, data-dependent international corporations including Hilton, Rykoff-Sexton, Disney, Midway Games, and DFS Group. He has parlayed his technological skills, proficiency in alliance-building, and leadership talents into various successful entrepreneurial ventures. Farid holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Justin Muir is the art producer on Stranglehold at Midway Games in Chicago. He currently directs art outsourcing with local and overseas providers for Midway's first next-gen AAA title and its integration with the studio's internal art team. He has worked as a game developer for over 13 years across multiple platforms.

Harold H. Bach, Jr. joined our Board in October 2003. He served as Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of Midway Games Inc. (NYSE: MWY) ("Midway") for more than five years until his retirement in September 2001. Mr. Bach also served as Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of WMS for over five years until 1999 when he resigned his position with us to devote his full business time to Midway. Mr. Bach is a certified public accountant (retired) and was a partner in the accounting firms of Ernst & Young (1989-1990) and Arthur Young & Company (1967-1989). Mr. Bach is the Chairman of our Audit and Ethics Committee.

Peter C. Brown joined our board in 2005. Mr. Brown has been the Chair of the board, Chief Executive Officer and President ofAMCEntertainment Inc., a theatrical exhibition company, since July 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Brown had served as the Chief Financial Officer of AMC, an online movie ticketing service, since 1991. Mr. Brown is a director and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of Embarq Corporation. He is also a director of National CineMedia Inc. and is the Co-Chair of the board and Co-Chief Executive Officer of MovieTickets.com, Inc., an online movie ticketing service, together with Shari E. Redstone.

Robert J. Steele joined our board in 2006 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Steele has been Vice President — Strategy and Corporate Development of NAI since January 2004. From July 1997 to January 2004 Mr. Steele provided business consulting services to a variety of clients and was a private investor. In addition, from 1998 to 1999, Mr. Steele served as Chief Executive Officer of Adventure Entertainment, Inc. and from 2000 to 2001 he served as Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum Clubs Inc. From January 1991 to June 1997, Mr. Steele served PepsiCo in various officer positions, including President of PepsiCo Restaurants Europe and President of PepsiCo Restaurants South Pacific.

Robert N.Waxman, a CPA in public practice, joined our board on December 31, 2003. Mr.Waxman has been a Principal of Corporate Finance Advisory, a New York-based accounting and consulting firm since 1992. Mr. Waxman was a partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP, an international accounting and consulting firm, where he served as National Director of SEC Practice and partner-in-charge of the Financial Services Programs, among other Executive and New York Practice Office positions. He was with Deloitte & Touche from 1962 to 1991. He serves on the editorial board of The CPA Journal, is an audit committee member of a large not-for-profit organization and was member of the board of directors of the New York State Society of CPAs from 2003 to 2006.
