Alex Yarmulnik is the Vice President and the Chief Information Officer for Midwest Airlines. He joined Midwest Airlines in 1999 with the specific goal of improving the companya s IT capabilities, developing IT long term strategy, and aligning technology to support the rapidly changing airline environment. Prior to joining Midwest, Alex held the position of Director of Applications Development for department store chain, Saks Inc. (formally Carson Pirie Scott). He also spent 8 years with e-Funds, a leading provider of EFT software and hosting solutions. Alexa s 20+ years of IT experience include responsibilities over software development, infrastructure deployment, project management, strategic planning, vendor management, and security. He also served 7 years as an adjunct faculty in the Computer Science department at Lakeland College. Alex holds a Bachelora s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Seton Hall University and an MBA from Marquette University with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
Curtis E. Sawyer joined Midwest Air Group in September 2004 as senior vice president and chief financial officer. His responsibilities include business analysis, treasury, investor relations, tax, regulatory reporting, information technology, purchasing and other financial-related functions. Mr. Sawyer was formerly vice president and chief financial officer of Pinnacle Airlines, operating as Northwest Airlink. Prior to that he served as director of aircraft transactions for Northwest Airlines. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sawyer was senior vice president, chief financial officer and controller for Lend Lease Trucks in Minneapolis. Additionally, Mr. Sawyer has held financial management positions at Renaissance Cruises, Ryder System and Xerox Corporation. His education includes a bachelor's degree in economics from Stanford University and a master's of business administration in finance and international business from the University of California at Berkeley. He serves on the board of the Skylight Opera Theatre.

Carol N. Skornicka is currently Senior Vice President-Corporate Affairs, Secretary and General Counsel at Midwest Airlines, Inc. She joined Midwest Airlines in May of 1996 as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel. She is responsible for the airline's legal and Board affairs functions; corporate security; corporate communications, media and public relations functions as well as government affairs. Ms. Skornicka serves on numerous boards, including Acuity (a mutual insurance company), Johnson Financial Group, Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation, Columbia-St. Mary's-Milwaukee Foundation, Milwaukee Riverwalk District, and the Wisconsin Center District. She is past Chair of the Board of Trustees of the University of Wisconsin (Madison) Memorial Union Building Association and the Wisconsin Glass Ceiling Commission. She has previously served on the Boards of the University of Wisconsin Foundation, Ten Chimneys Foundation and Wisconsin Historic Sites Foundation (Circus World Museum). Other current affiliations include: the Florentine Opera Company's Advisory Committee and Milwaukee Women, Inc. Prior to joining Midwest Airlines, Ms. Skornicka's experience included 5 years of service in Governor Tommy G. Thompson's cabinet as Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations, now the Department of Workforce Development. Ms. Skornicka was engaged in the private practice of law for 14 years, including 10 years with the firm of Michael, Best & Friedrich, where she was a partner. She received her undergraduate degree (1963), a master's degree (1965) and a J.D. (1977 cum laude) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ms. Skornicka has been honored as a University of Wisconsin Distinguished Alumna, received the Sacagawea Award for leadership and was recognized by the YWCA of Greater Milwaukee as a 2003 Outstanding Woman of Achievement.

Christopher I. Stone joined Midwest Airlines as senior vice president of human resources in November 2000. He is responsible for all aspects of the department's management including compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and development, and employee relations. Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Stone was a senior consultant with Hewitt Associates LLC, a human resources management consultancy based in Lincolnshire, Illinois. At Hewitt, he worked extensively with client companies, devising new approaches to managing their people assets and human resource operations. He also served as vice president of human resources for Deluxe Data Systems (now eFunds) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and held various human resources management positions at General Electric, both at GE-Aerospace and GE-Medical Systems. A former faculty member of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Mr. Stone taught and published in career development and counseling psychology. A native Pennsylvanian, Mr. Stone has a bachelor's of science degree in industrial psychology, and a master's and doctorate in counseling and educational psychology, all from Penn State University.

Shawn Monroe is the executive chef at Mader's restaurant in Milwaukee. Partnering with Victor Mader in 2002, the innovative former New York Executive Chef Monroe has offered global cuisine and implemented a banquet and catering service that specializes in social and corporate events of any size. Chef Monroe began his career in the culinary industry in 1983 and settled in New York. In 1994, he worked as a sous chef at Pierce's 1894 Restaurant, a four-star/four diamond and Dirona awarded restaurant. Here, he had the pleasure of working with Chef George Shimert who was trained by the world-renowned Chef Jeremiah Towers. Chef Monroe excelled at his position and went on to become the executive chef. Chef Monroe then headed to Cornell University in 1997, where he turned his talents to teaching as chef de cuisine for the School of Hotel Management. Here he was able to work with celebrity chefs, such as Emeril Lagasse, Wolfgang Puck and Daniel Boulud. Monroe has proudly showcased his culinary expertise for dignitaries like Ferdinand Metz, the president of the Culinary Institute of America; George Lang, chef and owner of Cafe des Artistes and author of "Nobody knows the Truffles I've Seen"; former first lady, Hillary Clinton; and Lech Walesa, former president of Poland and other international leaders. In May of 2005, Chef Monroe was awarded the contract as the exclusive food provider for Midwest Airlines "Buy On Board" Best Care Cuisine. As a corporate partner with Midwest Airlines, Chef Monroe oversees kitchens in Milwaukee and Kansas City which produce an average of 3000 meals every day. Insisting on combining the freshest ingredients and innovative cooking techniques, Chef Monroe has received top honors from prestigious award societies such as Conde Nast and Zagat. In order to keep things interesting for frequent flyers, Chef Monroe and his teams of three and four star chefs change the entire seven option menu bimonthly. Finally, Chef Monroe has catered for such high profile companies such as the Milwaukee Bucks, the Milwaukee Brewers, the Kansas City Royals, Kansas University, the Milwaukee Motor Speedway and Miller Brewing.

Sam Skinner was appointed White House Chief of Staff by President George W Bush after holding the position of Secretary of the Department of Transportation. Mr Skinner was President of the Commonwealth Edison Company and its holding company Unicom Corporation, one of the largest electric utilities in the US. He was then Chairman, President and CEO of USF Corporation a leading transportation and logistics company before retiring in May 2003. Mr Skinner has more than 20 years experience in the legal profession, part of which he served in the office of the US Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois and as US Attorney. While practicing law he also served as Chairman of the Regional Transportation Authority of north-eastern Illinois, the second largest mass transportation district in the US. He is a former member of the BHP Limited North American Advisory Board. Mr Skinner currently consults on complex litigation matters, government matters, transportation issues and corporate governance. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and the DePaul University Law School.
Mr. Bergstrom, Director, became a member of our Board in May 2008. Mr. Bergstrom is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bergstrom Corporation, which owns and operates 24 automobile dealerships representing 26 different brands. Mr. Bergstrom has served in his current role for the past five years. Mr. Bergstrom serves as a director of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a global health and hygiene company; Wisconsin Energy Corporation, a diversified energy company; Midwest Airlines; and Green Bay Packers, Inc. Mr. Bergstrom also serves as President of the Theda Clark Medical Center Foundation.
