Patric Siniscalchi is executive vice president of international operations at Avis Budget Group. He oversees all of the company's operations outside the United States, including operations in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and the Latin American / Caribbean region. Prior to this position, he served as senior vice president and general manager of the International Division.
