Lawrence joined D M E, a leading supplier of mold bases, hot runner systems and related components for plastics injection molding, in 1988 as a plant manager and went on to hold several positions of increasing responsibility. Milacron acquired D M E in 1996. He became an officer of Milacron in 2004, shortly after being appointed president of global mold technologies. Lawrence holds a bachelor’s of business administration from Northwood University, Midland, Michigan. He is a member of the Society of Plastics Engineers and serves in many capacities for the Society of the Plastics Industry, including chairman of the global business committee and member of the Midwest board of directors.

Mr. Brown is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since June 2001. Prior thereto, he was President and Chief Operating Officer from September 1999 to June 2001. He is a director of A.O. Smith Corporation. Mr. Brown is a Company Director.

Anderson , 49, joined Milacron in 1989 and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility, including general manager of the North American plastics injection machinery business from 2004 to 2005 and company controller from 2002 to 2004. He holds a B.A. from Hillsdale College in Michigan and an M.B.A. from Xavier University in Cincinnati.

McKee, 52, president of global industrial fluids, has overall responsibility for coolants, lubricants, forming fluids and process cleaners produced for metalworking industries worldwide. With nearly 30 years in the industrial consumables field, his Milacron experience spans 22 years in engineering, marketing, manufacturing services and operations management

Baker, 39, has been named vice president of human resources with continued responsibility for Milacron's global human resource functions. He joined the company in 1991 and has served in a variety of human resource positions of increasing responsibility at the corporate and operating group levels.

John Francy, 44, has served as treasurer for the past eight years and will retain that role in addition to his new position as chief financial officer. He joined Milacron in 1988 as a staff accountant and has served as director of U.S. treasury operations, controller for multiple operations, and manager of one of the company’s international marketing groups. A certified management accountant, he holds a BS in industrial management from the University of Akron and an MBA from Miami University, Ohio.

Baker, 39, has been named vice president of human resources with continued responsibility for Milacron's global human resource functions. He joined the company in 1991 and has served in a variety of human resource positions of increasing responsibility at the corporate and operating group levels.

Gamez, 43, comes to Milacron from SPX Corporation, where he was most recently chief financial officer of a European subsidiary. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Akron and is a certified public accountant (CPA) and certified management accountant (CMA).

Mr. Segal is Chief Financial Officer of Spin Master Ltd., Toronto, Canada, a designer, developer, manufacturer and marketer of consumer products for children, and has served in that capacity since September 2001. He was Vice President, Corporate Treasurer of Norigen Communications Inc., from February 2000 to August 2001 and Director, Treasury and Finance of Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd. from February 1997 to February 2000. Mr. Segal is a Company Director.

Prior to joining The Stanley Works, Mr. McIlnay served as president of a variety of operations at Newell Rubbermaid Inc., including Levolor Home Fashions, Newell Office Products, EZ Paintr, and Anchor Hocking Plastics. Mr. McIlnay, 56, a resident of Mooresville, North Carolina, earned his bachelor’s degree in 1972 and M.B.A. in 1973, both from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Duane Stullich, 35, is managing director of Los Angeles-based FocalPoint Partners LLC, an independent investment bank.

Mr. DeCotiis joined the Royal Bank of Scotland in 2004. Prior to that, he was director - group risk management at the Royal Bank of Canada in New York. He received a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in international relations from Villanova University in 1987 and 1989, respectively, and a master's degree in administration and finance from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business, in 1997.

Larry Yost, 66, is the retiring chairman and chief executive officer of ArvinMeritor Inc., a premier global automotive supplier, based in Troy, Michigan. He serves on the boards of directors of Kennametal Inc. and UNOVA Inc.

Mr. Brajovic is a senior member of Glencore Finance AG, a Swiss-based investment company, which owns 287,500 shares of Milacron’s 6% Series B Convertible Preferred Stock (approximately 30% of outstanding voting power). Mr. Brajovic holds a bachelor of science in finance and international business and an M.B.A. in finance and international business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, and has completed postgraduate studies at the London School of Economics and at the École de Hautes Études in Paris, France.
