Mike Buffa is co-founder of Greenhouse Florida and brings 10 years of experience in venture creation operating the largest and most successful venture creation company in the State of Florida. Mike was a founder and CEO of MILCOM Technologies. MILCOM started 13 new ventures that used federally funded technology and attracted over $600M in investment capital. MILCOM ventures created over a billion dollars of liquidity. Mike is considered a pioneer in commercializing technology and building high-value ventures.

Dr. Henry Huey is Director of Technology Research and Development, supporting the launch of new MILCOM affiliate companies and assisting the West Coast Business Development team. Dr. Huey has 25 years experience in wideband switching technologies, optical networks, network management, communications satellites and wireless systems. Most recently, Dr. Huey was the Director of Product Development in an optical start-up, Alidian Networks. Alidian Networks provides multi-protocol DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) solutions for the metropolitan area environment. Dr. Huey spent 5 years with Lockheed Martin/Loral Western Development Labs in San Jose, California. At Lockheed Martin, Dr. Huey served as Chief Engineer of Telecommunications, a technical lead on the network design of a multi-billion dollar, multi-service, broadband satellite venture known as Astrolink.

Jennifer Dunham is MILCOM's Director of Operations and Human Resources. Ms. Dunham has over 10 years experience in management and administration, and is responsible for all operations and HR activities for MILCOM. She also designs administrative and benefits packages and provides early stage administrative support to MILCOM's affiliate companies. Ms. Dunham has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with concentrations in marketing and finance from SUNY College of Technology at Utica. She is currently pursuing her MBA while working full time for MILCOM.

Mr. Nutter is currently responsible for all financial aspects at MILCOM as well as overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations of MILCOM and Koos Technical Services, Inc., a wholly owned engineering subsidiary of MILCOM. Sam works on valuation and ROI models as well as manages the due diligence processes during the funding stages of newly launched companies. Mr. Nutter works with MILCOM and it's affiliate companies on business formation, comprehensive financial planning and investment structuring. He acts as interim Controller of all MILCOM's newly launched companies, establishing the capitalization and overseeing the financial operations until a management team can be put into place. Prior to joining MILCOM, he worked as a consultant for several early stage companies, doing a host of engagements including market analysis, proforma financial models, evaluating strategic partnerships and funding requirements Mr. Nutter began his career at Raymond James & Associates as a staff accountant where he handled the accounting, budgeting and financial reporting functions for the U.S. Retail Branch System. He also was a member of the internal audit team, which was responsible for the preparation of the firm's consolidated year-end financials.

Chris Fountas is a General Partner of MVP. Mr. Fountas has co-founded several successful start-up companies and continues to serve as a board member and advisor to many of these companies. Mr. Fountas was previously a Partner with Baker & Hostetler, where he managed a broad international corporate securities and Mergers and Acquisition practice. Mr. Fountas graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. degree in Finance and earned a JD (cum laude) from University of Miami.

Luna Anico has been with MILCOM for over two years as a Research & Financial Analyst. Within MILCOM, her role has been to conduct primary and secondary market/financial research as well as develop complex financial models/plans. Areas of coverage have included telecommunication, semiconductor, information technology, energy and advanced materials. She has also assisted with business plan and new venture development for several MILCOM start-ups. Prior to joining to MILCOM, Ms. Anico was a research analyst with the Hudson Institute in Washington, DC. In this role she conducted research on international economic issues and foreign defense policy. Ms. Anico was also a consultant to the Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida in Orlando, Fl. In this role she assisted in designing a competitive assessment of Orlando's position in the economic development marketplace, comparing regional research to seven other major cities. Ms. Anico graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and earned an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business, concentrating in Finance and Management.

Mr. Doran has extensive experience and background in merchant banking, venture capital and project management and has worked for various technology companies including Milcom Technologies, Triton Network Systems and Teranex. Mr. Doran was responsible for certain financings and acquisitions from Rice University and for developing strategic manufacturing relationships in Asia. Mr. Doran is currently directing the international sales and client development efforts for IBC.

Richard Lockie is an experienced investor and Corporate Director. Over the years he has worked with emerging companies in the health care field as a CFO, CEO, Director and Chairman. His deep relationships with the financial community and the health care industry have enhanced value for the companies under his watch. Richard was the founding employee of MDS Capital Corp. in 1988 and was instrumental in building the company to a preeminent position in the industry. MDS Capital Corp. was the first Venture Capital company in Canada and one of the first in North America to focus exclusively on health care. With MDS Capital Richard focused on investments in health care software, medical devices, services and diagnostics. He has chaired a number of private and publicly listed portfolio companies and currently holds the position of entrepreneur in residence at MaRS . Richard holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a BA in Economics from The University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.
