Dr. Bruce Bonnevier joined Millipore Corporation as Global Vice President of Human Resources in January 2006. Prior to joining Millipore, Dr. Bonnevier served as Vice President of Human Resources for Hillenbrand Industries and Shipley Company, and held a variety of Human Resources as well as Quality Management positions with Rohm and Haas, Michelin Tire Corporation, Union Carbide Corporation and Reynolds Metals Company. Dr. Bonnevier holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from The Fielding Institute, M.S. in Dynamics of Organization from University of Pennsylvania, M.A. in Statistics and Operations Research from Pennsylvania State University, and a B.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from Pennsylvania State University.

Robert M. Levenson, Esq. is a Maryland attorney involved in real estate and financial transactions for almost 20 years. Mr. Levenson currently serves as a Vice President with LandAmerica 1031 Exchange Company, a division of a Fortune 1000 company focused on tax-deferred exchanges for business and investment clients. In his career, Mr. Levenson has participated in more than 180 real estate transactions valued at over $140 million. His experience includes working as a real estate broker, a lender, a broker of existing mortgages on the secondary market, a principal/small developer, a property manager, and performing document review as part of a legal team on a large acquisition for a NYSE-listed REIT. Mr. Levenson also has experience working for Aspen Systems and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Devin has a special interest in spinal cord injury, because his brother-in-law is a C-4/5 quadriplegic. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Neurology, Physiology & Behavior from the University of California, Davis, and he currently works as a Manufacturing Scientist at Millipore. He enjoys spending time with his family, painting, and playing basketball.

George Scott is IQuum's Director of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs. George has over 20 years experience in QA/RA management. He has held quality management consulting and auditing positions at BSI Americas, TUV Rheinland of North America and Quality Management Services, as well as operational positions at Boston Biomedica, Millipore Corporation, and Kontron. George holds a B.S. in Medical Technology from Southeastern Massachusetts University and M.S. in Health Sciences/Microbiology from Northeastern University. He is a RAB Quality Systems Auditor and a QSQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).

Mr. Hoffman has been a Director of Millipore since 1976 and is currently a Member of the Audit and Finance Committee and the Management Development and Compensation Committee. Mr. Hoffman received an undergraduate degree from Harvard College in Engineering and Applied Physics, a Masters degree in economics from Cambridge University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. In 1963, as an M.I.T. Fellow in Africa, Mr. Hoffman joined the East African Common Services Organization as Acting Financial Secretary. In 1966, Mr. Hoffman joined the International Finance Corporation (investment banking affiliate of the World Bank) as Investment Officer responsible for private sector financing in Europe and Mexico. From 1969 to 1974, Mr. Hoffman served as a Director of Hambros Bank, Ltd., London, England and Head of its International Banking and Issues Division. From 1975 to 1981, Mr. Hoffman was a Director, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of George Weston, Ltd. and was appointed President of its Resource Group in 1981. From 1982 until 1984, Mr. Hoffman served as Managing Director of Guinness Peat Group p.l.c., engaged through subsidiaries worldwide in merchant banking, insurance brokerage, leasing, property, energy and other management and financial service activities. Phil Theodore was named Senior Vice President and General Counsel of John H. Harland Company in 2006. He replaces John Walters who will retire in early 2007. He is responsible for all of Harland's legal and corporate governance activities. Theodore brings almost 30 years of legal experience to Harland, most recently as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Serologicals Corporation prior to its acquisition by Millipore Corporation earlier this year. He joined Serologicals in 2004 after a 22-year career with King & Spalding LLP, where he specialized in mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance and corporate finance. Theodore received his bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Richard Claudio is responsible Taratec' s Puerto Rico business including sales, delivery, and office operations. Reporting to Richard are all P.R consultants delivering projects and services across Taratec's practices. Richard has held positions of increasing responsibility with extensive experience in large scale project management. His business affiliations include many of Taratec's current customers including Wyeth, Millipore, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Ethicon - Johnson & Johnson. Richard has a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus.

William Garvey has over 26 years pharmaceutical industry experience in a variety of product categories, including parenterals, solid oral dosage forms, biologics/vaccines and APIs. He has served in various staff and management capacities, always in an active, hands-on role. His experience is divided between QA and validation, and he has successfully managed many validation projects of various sizes and complexities. Mr. Garvey is currently employed at Millipore Corporation, Billerica, MA. His previous employers include Pfizer Inc, Parsons-PFI, Fluor Daniel and Biogen. Mr. Garvey is a 1980 graduate of Northeastern University.

Maureen A. Hendricks has been a director of our company since its inception in June 2006 and is the chairperson of our audit committee and a member of the compensation and governance committees. On her retirement in 2001, Mrs. Hendricks was the head of global energy and power at Salomon Smith Barney, where she also acted as a senior advisory director until 2003, at which time she retired, although she continued to serve as a director of certain companies, including Millipore Corporation, as described below. Mrs. Hendricks started her career at J.P. Morgan & Co. where she served as the head of global debt capital markets, the head of North American fixed income, the head of European equities, and the co-head of global equity derivatives. Mrs. Hendricks has been a member of the board of directors of Millipore Corporation since 1995 and has previously served as the chair of the audit committee and the chair of the management development and compensation committee of that firm. She is currently the chair of the governance committee of Millipore.

Prof. Dr. Bellus has been a Director of Millipore since 2000 and is currently a Member of the Governance and Public Policy Committee and the Technology Committee. Prof. Dr. Bellus received his Master s Degree and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Slovak Technical University (Bratislava) in 1967. He continued his studies as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich (1967-1969). From 1969-1996, Prof. Dr. Bellus served in positions of increasing responsibility with Ciba-Geigy Ltd., a Swiss pharmaceutical company in Basel: Department Head, Central Research Laboratories (1969-1981); Director, Central Research Laboratories, responsible for development of several emerging synthetic methodologies (1981-1985); Director, Research & Development, Agricultural Division of Ciba-Geigy worldwide (1985-1991), Director, Corporate Research Units, responsible for the direction of Ciba-Geigy s research programs and collaborative strategic alliances world-wide in areas of bioorganic chemistry and biomaterials (1991-1996), and a global Head of Additives Research of Ciba SC Inc., Basel (until 2001). Since 1980, he has also lectured as a Professor at the Institute of Organic Chemistry, University of Fribourg. Since 1997, he has been President and CEO of Bellus Science and Innovation, International Consulting, located in Riehen/Basel (Switzerland). Prof. Dr. Bellus has been a named inventor on 50 patents and is the author or co-author of numerous scientific papers relating to the synthesis and use of compounds for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. He has received numerous scientific honors including Gold Medal of the Slovak Chemical Society (1993); Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (U.K.) (1996); Honorary Ph.D. of Czech Technical University (Prague) (1997) and Foreign Fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (1999). Prof. Dr. Bellus is a member of many scientific societies, including Swiss and American Chemical Society. He also serves as a member and delegate of Swiss IUPAC Committee; as a member of the Board of Governors of the Foundation for Discovery-to-Business Transfer (Basel) and as a member of several Scientific Advisory Boards in Switzerland and the Czech Republic.

Donald B. Melson joined Analogic as Vice President—Corporate Controller in March 2006. Mr. Melson was previously Vice President and Corporate Controller of Millipore Corporation, a publicly held global manufacturer of products and services for biopharmaceutical manufacturing and life science laboratories, from 2000 to 2006. Prior to this position, Mr. Melson held a number of financial management positions in Millipore Corporation and W. R. Grace & Co.
