Mr Marshall joined Mincom as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President Business Services in November 2002. Mr Halliday, who joined Mincom in April 2005 from PeopleSoft, has almost a decade of experience in the application software industry. After starting his career as an accountant in 1988 and then working for British conglomerate Forte, he moved into the software industry by joining JD Edwards in 1996.
