He is the founder of BreezeCOM Ltd., which merged to become Alvarion Ltd., a wireless broadband pioneer and the leading provider of WiMAX. Mr. Rotenberg served as the Chief Executive Officer of BreezeCOM from 1993 to 2000. From 2000 to 2005 Mr. Rotenberg served as President and CEO of Accessnet SA, a wireless internet service provider in Romania, which was sold in 2005 to Clearwire Inc.
