In addition to being Mirror Image's Chief Executive Officer and President, Gustav also serves as Director of Mirror Image. He has served as Director, Treasurer and Secretary of Xcelera Inc. since March 1989, and as the company's Executive Vice President since 1996. Gustav is the Chairman of Protegrity Corporation, the leader in enterprise-wide Data Security Management solutions, Chairman of Ineo Inc., focusing on telco carrier network security and a director of a number of other companies. Since September 1986, Mr. Vik has been Executive Vice President of Vik Brothers International USA Inc. And from September 1986 to April 1997, Mr. Vik was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Vik Brothers Insurance Inc. Mr. Vik attended the University of Stockholm from 1978 to 1981.

Ben has over 20 years of professional software development experience and more than 10 years experience in the CDN industry. As Mirror Image's Chief Architect, Ben is responsible for overseeing and driving the architectures, services and system solutions that enable the company to capture significant market opportunities. Prior to his current role, Ben held the position of Mirror Image's Director of Advanced Technologies where he was responsible for evaluating, introducing and prototyping the company's new technologies. Before joining Mirror Image, he was a Principal Software Engineer at Clearway Technologies where he implemented services based on key CDN patents. Ben holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Larry joined Mirror Image Internet in May 2000 as the company's Chief Marketing Officer. In that capacity, he managed and supervised Product Marketing, Marcom, Corporate Communications, Field Marketing as well as brand development. In Dec. of 2000, Mr. Moulter assumed the additional duties of COO. With this management role, he chaired the operating group comprised of the heads of Operations, Engineering, Product Marketing and Sales for this internet infrastructure company. In July of 1996, Larry Moulter joined with Arnold Communications Chief Executive Ed Eskandarian and hockey legend Bobby Orr in the purchase of Boston-based Woolf Associates. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Moulter oversaw all of the daily operations at Woolf associates, one of the nation's top sports and entertainment marketing and management companies. The agency represents many prominent sports and entertainment personalities including Atlanta Braves pitcher Tom Glavine, NHL great Cam Neely, Toronto pitcher David Wells, PGA Tour member Billy Andrade and fitness guru Cory Everson. In addition, Woolf Associates manages sponsorships, sports and event marketing for such national and worldwide corporate clients as John Hancock, Bell Atlantic, FleetBoston Financial Services, and EMC Corporation. Under the direction of Mr. Moulter, Woolf Associates has developed into a full service agency, which in addition to negotiating record breaking contracts and endorsement deals for its athletes, has created and developed fully integrated solutions for its corporate clients. Some of Woolf Associates many programs include the international EMC Golf Skills Challenge, and several of John Hancock's programs including its Major League Baseball sponsorship, 'Champions on Ice' 58-city figure skating tour, and Olympic programs. In addition, the agency represents the PGA and FleetBoston in the marketing of the TPC golf course in Norton, Massachusetts and played a major role in the 1999 Ryder Cup, producing The Gala: A tribute to Arnold Palmer at Boston's Symphony Hall, and managing corporate golf events at area courses including Weston, Woodland, and Wollaston.

Robert brings more than 23 years of accounting, finance and operations experience to Mirror Image. Prior to joining the company, Robert was a consultant and financial analyst with iRobot Corporation. Prior to iRobot, he founded Lupatech N.A., the North American sales, distribution and support branch of the leading South American flow-control products manufacturer. He also held the title of CFO at SmartTime Software, a privately held developer of time and attendance software, and Vice President, Finance and COO of Worcester Controls Corporation, a $100 million international manufacturer of flow control products. Robert is a member of the California Society of CPAs and the AICPA. He holds a B.S.B.A. from Northeastern University, Boston.
